This is a good product. It’s not a disgusting pill, like many other vitamins. It has a pleasant tasting coating and goes down easily. I hate taking vitamins but this was an exception for me. And I love getting a little coconut oil!I saw the before/after pics in the reviews and had hoped I would receive the same great benefit in the overall length of my hair. On that, I was a little disappointed. But I did receive major benefits in my skin and nails, which was noticeable right away.I usually have to cover my nails in a growth product for several days or weeks to gain the growth I got from a few days on this vitamin. I’ve had to keep cutting them to keep up! They are healthy and strong.My skin looks good and feels great! I have a lot of uneven skin tone issues and rely heavily on BB cream to even it out. But my skin changed on this vitamin. I am confident to go without makeup some days now. I find that incredible.As for my hair, I didn’t get the length in the back that I’d been hoping for. BUT, and I didn’t notice it right away, the baby hairs on the sides of my head have grown considerably! I don’t usually wear my hair in traditional ponytail styles, outside of the comfort of my home, because of all the baby hairs that stick out. But after about 3 weeks of taking this, that issue has started to resolve!! The hairs have started growing long enough that they can now be tucked behind my ears and don’t stick out as much. I’m really excited about that.I’ve also noticed considerable thickness in my hair so something is going on back there, lol.I’m happy with this product and will order again.

I have used this particular Biotin supplement for a few years now and I have to say that it honestly works! My hair grows so fast it’s crazy. I now have my mom using this, and she is sold on it as well. It doesn’t take much time at all for my hair to grow back after a hair cut or trim. The hair stylist always compliments me on how healthy my hair is, and I honestly don’t do anything more than just shampoo and condition it. If anything I kind of abuse my hair lol. Love this stuff.

Hair/Nail/Beard Benefits/Causes Headaches
I’ve been taking these for a month and a half now, and although I haven’t been tracking my hair growth, I have noticed that my nails are thicker and stronger, which shows me that it is clearly getting into my system. I do not feel that my nails are growing quicker than before – I’m not needing to trim them more often than usual or anything, which is totally fine by me, because I started taking these in hopes of better hair health. I’ve been getting headaches recently, but I cannot pinpoint the exact cause of my headaches. I’m not sure if others have had headaches as a side effect, so, I just wanted to mention that in case someone else has also experienced that. I should also add that my nail tips are whiter since taking these. They used to be kind of an off-white color, and now grow out a clean white, which is great. I need to give this more time before I can fully report on any changes to my hair, but if you’re looking for something to help with nail strength, I definitely recommend this product.Update: It’s been around 8+ months of my taking these. I no longer get headaches from taking them, and I definitely have seen improved hair health, and quicker growth. It is not something you’ll notice overnight, but if you take one every day, for months, you’ll begin really noticing a difference. My hair is longer, slightly fuller, and even softer. I’ve noticed that I get a lot of baby hairs as well, so, new growth. My nails do grow slightly faster than before, but the major benefit is still, nail strength. They are much stronger.Update: It’s been over a year. I continued to experience hair growth from this product, and new baby hairs are still popping up around my hairline, that I wasn’t even aware had been thin. I stopped taking this for one week. When I started taking it again, the headaches came back. My boyfriend is now taking them as well. He has noticed my new hair growth, and that my hair is softer. We were hoping these could possibly help strengthen his beard, and within a week, we began to notice his beard was growing quicker, fuller, and slightly softer. Downside? He has had terrible headaches. So, I can say, with 100% certainty, this product can cause headaches when you first begin taking it. My recommendation is to take it at night, before bed, in an attempt to sleep through the potential headaches.

Ummmm alright. I’m a huge skeptic when it comes to ANY product that promotes hair growth, etc. However, as a 25 year old male with a DECENT full beard I found myself looking and researching all over about the different types of things I can use/do to help my beard and mustache grow even thicker. I read good things about Biotin products, and after doing some digging on Amazon I decided to go with this Biotin product.I’ve been using this product (5000mcg) daily since late October 2020, and either I’m going crazy or this stuff seriously actually works (FOR ME). I haven’t changed anything in terms of diet, physical activity, sleep schedule, etc. The only difference in the last two months is that I started taking this product, and I swear to you my hair everywhere on my body is growing much darker, thicker, and even longer. I’m not only talking about my beard though, I’m talking everything! Pubic areas, chest, back, arms, etc. Granted, I already grow hair in all of these places but for the most part it’s not much; however in the last 2 months I notice a much darker thick colour to the hairs in these places, making it more noticeable. I truly believe that I see a pretty big difference in myself and my hair growth when using this product, but what seals the deal for me is my wife noticing WITHOUT ME EVEN MENTIONING that I’ve been taking Biotin. I told her about it when she noticed that I’m becoming a bit more hairy, but it just confirms my case when using this product.What I’d like readers (if there are any hah) to keep in mind is that: I already had a full beard and long hair and hair on the rest of my body. My beard just wasn’t overly thick and dark like I wanted it to be, and my body hair is not much. I was curious about if this would make any difference for the ridges in my fingernails but it has not improved the situation. I do have new random hairs growing wherever the feel like it (back, shoulder, neck – 1 hair here, 4 there type of thing) but I cannot comment on my head as I do not have any thin or bald patches. No difference so far in the receding hairline that occurs with aging.
