This brush is amazing! Complete and obvious difference in my makeup routine. I was a huge fan of the Sonicare makeup brush prior to it being discontinued and was bummed when they stopped making it. However, this is an upgrade. It is very user friendly, and it makes your foundation flawless. It literally looks like my face was airbrushed, absolutely gorgeous. I get tons of compliments on my face makeup every time I use it. I find it also reduces the amount of time it takes to apply your foundation, and if you are a contour person like me, YOU DEFINITELY NEED THIS.The only precaution to consider prior to buying this, is that one needs to make sure to clean the brush thoroughly after using it every time. If you don’t, it can get pretty gross and also lead to break-outs. I use a generic make up brush cleanser and sometimes even baby shampoo to clean the brush itself once I am finished. I would also suggest buying the extra heads so you can switch them off between uses and also have extras for cream blush, bronzer, and concealer if you are contouring.Highly, HIGHLY recommend this product.

Don’t Buy
Don’t purchase . This brush is an epic fail. First off, I can get it to turn off. I charged it for over 24 hrs and it still don’t work. The brush just makes a humming sound. It don’t spend at all!!!! Sending it BACK!!

I think I’m mildly obsessed with this
First off, I am a skeptic at heart & only write product reviews when something is actually good. That said, I bought this just to try something different with my foundation. I don’t think it’s quite an airbrushed look but it goes on with no mess, easily, evenly. It’s a smooth matte finish for me. After I apply foundation, I use it with my powder and blush/contour. Watched some videos and testing out my own best practices. The highest setting will freak you out at first but I’ve discovered this is best for foundation. (Try the medium setting for foundation if the highest is too much). For me, dotting foundation on my my face first seems to be the best application. NOTE: Go light with foundation, you can always build, I used too much one day and it was way too creamy to blend. (Patted some off and continued). I put powder, contour and blush on dipping it into product and using on the lowest setting. I don’t have cream contour or blush but I bet it works great when applied to face first in a line (have seen in videos). I wish this came with an additional brush and will look into getting one next. So far after charging 1x, I’ve used maybe 6-8x in 2 wks and it’s still going. Easy maintenance: I clean off brush after use & let it dry, then fluff it up with my fingers. Happy with this product and the price.

UPDATE: The mfg sent me a replacement with absolutely no hassle at all. The new one is great and works even better than expected. Great customer service + product that is amazing = 5 Stars!ââââââGot mine and was excited to try it. I charged it up the night before, went to use it and the battery was dead. I thought maybe it was user error, so I charged it again. I confirmed it had a good charge right after unplugging it and it worked fine (just turned it on and off). The next morning, battery is dead again. I tossed the packaging so I canât return it. Itâs too bad – I wanted to love it.Updated: The mfg reached out to me to resolve this, and I appreciate their willingness to make this right.

THE SECRET TO AN AIR BRUSHED FOUNDATION FINISH
When applying liquid foundation, I want a smooth, even air-brushed finish. I’ve tried sponges, brushes, and my fingers to achieve this look, but none of the methods ever completely satisfied me. When I came across the Echo, it intrigued me so much that I had to try it. Surprisingly, it did a better job than my kabuki brush at giving my foundation a smooth, even, and non-cakey finish. My technique involves applying foundation with a round-top kabuki brush in a pouncing motion only to the areas of my face that need it the most. Then, using the Echo on the #2 setting, I blend and buff the applied foundation all over my face. I don’t apply any pressure on the brush but let the movement of the brush head blend the foundation evenly. I also wash the Echo brush head after each use. This keeps excess foundation from building up on the bristles leaving a cakey application. Did I mention that application takes half the time of all other methods?The Echo is now my all-time favorite foundation application method for finish results, ease of use, and application speed.

Wonât stay charged at all
I charged this device for over 24 hoursâ¦green light never came on until I attached the brush! I figured well thatâs how it must work! It died within 2 minutes! A card in the package said to not return to Amazon, to email customerserviceâ¦which I did! No reply! Iâm gonna send back to Amazonâ¦I want my $ back!

Actually Works but only for two weeks.
I was skeptical after reading so many reviews that complained about the lack of ability for the device to hold a charge. The unit I received works great. It arrived pre-charged. I have used it for three days and still have not needed to plug it in.I ordered two extra brush heads. I have a total of three. I use one for foundation, one for setting powder and one for blush.The brush is easy to use. It truly blends everything beautifully and with much less elbow grease than my manual brushes. It truly does give me an airbrushed perfectly glowing appearance.You can’t beat the price! If you are on the fence about this device go ahead and try it. If it doesn’t work out for you you can always return it, but I bet that you won’t be doing that!Update: my brush worked great for two weeks, then the brush head would not stay on any longer. The companyâs customer service was terrible. They kept insisting I was putting the head on the handle incorrectly but I was not. They wanted me to return the faulty device at my expense and they would fix it or replace it within about a month or two. I returned it to amazon instead and had my refund in minutes.
