This product is heaven sent.Regulates digestive system well with no severe side effects.PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER WHILE USING. It can seriously hurt your kidneys if you are not hydrated and using this product (as with any medication that aids in digestion). Very natural results. A go-to supplement.

I started taking Soluna about 2 months ago and it has been great for keeping me regular and supporting overall detoxing and digestive health. I take maintenance dose of 2 pills each night before bed and usually experience a very easy and natural “clean out” each morning within about an hour of waking and drinking some water. I recommend taking it with a generous amount of water at night, too. Love Kimberly Snyder, so I trust this product. Also really helps with sleep and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
