Why 4 out of 5 stars?
This was my first soap and glory product ever used. I was neither impressed nor dissatisfied. I truly didn’t know what to expect before trying this lip gloss. I don’t find the gloss to be tacky and I feel like it’s moisturizing. I rarely wear gloss or anything on my lips, so that’s saying something. I was surprised that the gloss came out sheer. Like there was a TINT of color, but mainly sheer. The reason why it’s -1 star because it’s advertised as a lip plumper, so I was expecting the tingling sensation aaaaand it never happened. It’s weird to label this as lip plumping when it doesn’t do that. Overall, not bad, but if you’re looking for a lip plumper, sorry, this isn’t it.

No pigment- sheer gloss
I have used many products from this brand and have always been happy with them. The reason Iâm taking one star off is because the plumping effect wasnât as good as I was expecting it to be. The tingly, cool feeling wasnât very noticeable. I couldnât tell if there was actually a plumping effect, or if the shiny gloss just made them look plumper.I also wasnât really pleased with the color, but Iâm not taking a star off for that because I think thatâs just personal preference. This gloss doesnât really have any pigment, itâs just clear. So if youâre wanting a gloss with pigment I do not recommend this one.I do like the applicator. The perfect amount of gloss comes out every time!If I did order this product again, I would definitely get a different color. Iâm not in a hurry to order it again any time soon though.

No color pay off and no plumping effect
As a moisturizing lip gloss, this is fairly successful. What itâs not successful at is being a lip plumper. There was literally no plumping action when I put it on my lips (no tingling and no promised cooling sensation either). Also, I was hoping for some color pay off but there was none whatsoever. It looks like a pinky-beige gloss, but it goes on completely clear with a light pink cast. Like I said, itâs fine as a gloss but that wasnât at all what I was looking or hoping for. So this is very meh for me.Made in Italy.

Nice gloss
This plumping lip gloss comes in a nice square glass tube inside a box. There is a safety seal sticker on the box. The gloss is thick and goes on smoothly. It has a nice hydrating feel along with a menthol tingle. The tingle isnât very strong and is not offensive. I didnât find that my lips were plumped, but they were shiny and soft. I like the nude color, it worked well with my skin tone and I think it would be very versatile.

Lip plumping sensation
This lip plumper lip gloss is very similar to others I have tried.If you enjoy the sensation of burning lips, this is probably for you. These plumpers use menthol to “cool” the lips, which somehow makes them plumper. I don’t know if it actually works, but it does make for an interesting sensation on the lips.As for color, this is true to the description. A very flattering color for my skin tone, actually. Sticky, though, and yes, it does rub off on anything your lips touch.Overall, as expected.Four stars.
