Just what I was looking for and then some!
11/21/23 update. They show that the unit can be used in the legs and the low back. We are not fans of using it on our legs but the low back is also 5 stars. You will get a better sense of how much the heater element puts out vs. when using it on the feet.Update: yes already updating. The household now has 2. All of a sudden the machine started to randomly turn on. I thought I somehow hit the remote that was sitting next to me. I turned it off. Then all of sudden it turned back on, meanwhile the remote was on the table. I can tell you the remote has quite the range as the other unit was being used on the floor below half way across the house. If you have more than one in the house you will be inconvenienced and will have to unplug the unit(s) from the wall everytime or put it on a switched outlet or power strip. It’s an annoying inconvenience. It doesn’t take away for how well the massager itself works but it is something the company should work on, along with my other conment about the electronic startup programming.I wanted a massager that had heat and was not like the shiatsu type that I already own. Having had some tendon foot repairs performed, I wanted something to help with circulation when in the cast when I was allowed to start introducing weight to the foot. Then in the future use it to keep the blood flowing and help stimulate the muscle after the cast was allowed to be fully removed and between PT sessions. My better able foot also could use the extra care since it has had to step up its use. I didn’t give it a 4 star rating because of 2 things. The first is after you turn it off it goes back to all the highest/fastest setting and full on heat and the same mode. If you are trying save money on the electronics and programming then at least program it so when you cycle the power it’s at the lowest speed and has no heat on. A second issue relates to the first, for the cost of this device it should remember the last settings when used the last time because if you think I am going to share this massager, the answer is no, they can get their own.

It vibrates your legs up to your knees. It really helps my knee problem

Regretting this purchase. The little nubs are a very hard plastic. I was trying to increase circulation, but instead bruised my heels very badly. I didn’t realize the damage I was doing until it was too late. Weeks after pitching this item, my heels are still in a lot of pain. Please do not buy or be very careful when using by perhaps wearing a very, very thick pair of socks. I rated a 1 only because there is no option for “0”.

Helps sooth my heel pain
Love the orange color. I wanted something for heel pain and this helps when I position my heel at the front with the rest of my foot hanging off the pad. There’s not enough pressure with my foot in a normal position, but when angled up or down it hits it nicely. The heat is ok. Would prefer hotter, but too much heat would probably melt the plastic. If you want it to hit the arch of your feet, you will need to place something under the arch while using the plate. I have some yamuna rubber arch therapy half balls. Otherwise, you won’t feel any benefit. The bumps on the pads are made to stimulate reflexology points and I actually prefer this design. I also noticed if I press down on my knee with my body weight that the pressure increases on the foot. Standing on the plate didn’t seem to be as beneficial. It definitely vibrates enough to help with neuropathy and circulation. The calves also receive a lot of vibration. Have not used it on my back or other body part, but it would no doubt vibrate enough to stimulate the calves directly. I prefer shiatsu or percussion massage on my back, so I’m not that keen on using this on my back. Plus, for heat, I use an infrared heating pad with jade stones on my back. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase. Everything worked right out of the box.

I have huge regret not buying this sooner. If you read the description properly, it’s exactly as described: vibration massager. That’s what it does, it’s vibrates and feels amazing. I use it every night before bed and my legs cramp so much less. They are nice and relaxed. The heating feature works well, and while I prefer the first mode, it’s cool that it have other modes as well. The remote control is perfect so you don’t have to bend down and comes with the batteries already installed. Cord length is long so you can use it almost anywhere. If you have tight achy legs, I highly recommend.

I really like the Snailax massager and I use it several times a day. It is well worth
