Excellent Product! I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
This is a very nice massager. The heat function works well and is very relaxing. I was very surprised by how well the kneading option works. The massager is also very portable which allows me to use it in multiple locations in my house. The cord is extra long which helps when using the massager various different situations. This is my second product from this brand and I’m very satisfied with both purchases.

Simple and very satisfying
So this massager is by far one of the best i have, reason being is how versatile it is. Its compact lightweight and fits everywhere. As you can see it in my favorite spot on the couch, to the bedroom and office chair. I can put this on different parts of my body where needed, even a head massage, I love this thing ! The massage pressure is perfect for me, not too hard and not too soft, its comfortable and the message rollers feel great. There spaced out just enough to hit the spots as if a masseuse would. The heat isnt too hot to burn but you will get the heat sensation as needed. I cant say anything too bad about this machine yet as far as longevity, i can say i have another full body massager from snailex for about a year now and it is still going just as new.

Just keep in mind can be rough
Itâs nice and it works great. The only thing I didnât like was the massage balls in it can be kind of rough and pinch if you put it in the wrong position but otherwise itâs great. Hereâs a tip: if itâs rough or if you just want to, you can lay it under your pillow and then put the massage balls on and it feels great!ð

Muscle saving massager
My husband and I go to the gym everyday and end up having sore muscles, especially the back area. I am experiencing lower back pain so having this wonderful heated massager is a blessing. There are so many different options when it comes to intensity, vibrations, heat and the shiatsu direction that you donât find on many other brands. We have had excellent products from Snailax. They are quality products and have a great staying power as we can both attest to. When I purchased the first product my husband felt that he didnât need to use it. Now he uses it almost every day so I am very pleased that I purchased another massage style so we can share.

Not a good passive massager
I want to give some feedback on this so that people can understand who may have chronic pain. I do and this thing isn’t great at all. It has two functions, or maybe three. One of them applies what feels like two hard balls into your body. That’s not a good thing to feel if you’re having pain and if you’re extremely thin. The other part is a very weak massager. Honestly, This has to go back. I can’t believe all the people who really love this device. It’s cheap and I guess if you can’t get anything else, It may be worth a shot.

Versatile massager with heat
What I like best are the circular rotating balls with the heating element. I can move the back massager to get my lower back, upper back, neck, and even my hamstrings. There’s also vibration, and its good to be able to adjust the levels of intensity for all its features. Good buy.

Compact and reliable
I was impressed with the quality of packaging first off. When I woke up in pain per usual I was excited to see it had been delivered!! Have only had it for an hour and would by it again! The shiatsu massage aspect accompanied by heat works ideal. Also the free extended warranty is a nice added sense of security. It is compact in size, easy enough to use on computer/desk chair or the couch. This is a life saver, for the last hour at least lol.

I wanted a neck massager because I have neck pain. I ordered this Snailax Shiatsu Lower Back Neck Massager with Heat. I tried a few days and it is very effective. Very comfortable to use. It is also good for lower back, abdomen, arm, thigh and calf massages. I use it when I sat on my chair and on my bed when I lie down. I just place it under my neck on the bed insted of a pillow and start the massage. It is a good massager for the lower back too. I use it when I sit on my sofa or chair. The heating option makes the massage better. It is very good for muscle pain. It has 8 kneading nodes and 2 vibrating motors. They move in 2 directions. Heating, and kneading intensities and vibration effects can be adjusted on the hand controller. There is a dettachable soft cover. I think every household needs a Snailax Shiatsu Neck massager. It is worth to buy.
