I use smashbox primer all the time. It works and I usually do not switch out. It will go over a face cream if needed.

The best Primer ever!
My complexion is oily so I ordered the matte finish and it is really perfect. No oily shine coming through my foundation. Have been using Smashbox primer for years and just discovered the matte one…must be new…or I’m not very observant. I’ve tried other primers over the years but always come back to Smashbox. I really love this matte primer!

I was looking for a new primer because the product I used is no longer available. When I tried this primer with my daily makeup application, I was impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend and will be buying more.

Definitely has helped reduce the amount of blackheads and blemishes while working as a primer. Not near as good as their original primer for minimizing fine lines but I like it for everyday wear and I will keep using their original primer for special events or evening makeup.

Ok for travel. Doesnât work any better than my current primer. My face was still super shiny in my T-Zone by mid-day. It did help keep the foundation from creasing and minimize the look of my larger pores.

I bought this because I have a naturally shiny forehead even though itâs not greasy. I thought this would minimize the shine but it only seems to work for the first hour and then the shine is back. I do not wear foundation or concealer.

I use this product daily but I was taken aback when the drugstore raised the price more than double. As an Amazon regular customer, I tried to see if it was availableâ¦.it was and for somewhat less than the drugstore.I ordered it and when it arrived, I was MOST disappointed. It was a very small amount in more or less a sample size. True to Amazons standards,I could and did return it. It appears the manufacturer has risen their prices.
