Nowhere does it say on the item description,or in the pictures online that this is a region B blu ray dvd,didn’t notice till I removed the pink sleeve and the plastic wrap disclosing region B,bought it months ago looking forward till when I can watch it with my daughter and then this happened

Won’t play on standard DVD players
This doesn’t play on standard DVD players in USA which I just noticed on the item description after ordering, receiving, and my toddler being disappointed when we couldn’t watch it on our blue ray player. I have never had this issue with a blue ray purchased. Why didn’t I check the product features and description you ask? Because it’s a blue ray disk of a movie I’ve seen since childhood. I never would have thought to check the description when all pertinent information was on the title, or so I thought. So I give this 1 star because something as important as having a different region and not playing on standard blue ray players purchased in the country I live in, is something that should be on the title of the item not “hidden” in the description.

I wish I had read other reviews before I purchased this for my daughter because I experienced THE SAME PROBLEM!!! It’s not meant for American DVD players!!! So now I have to fight for a refund and have my mother get my daughter a new one because being 3.5yrs old she doesn’t understand why she can’t watch the movie. If this was stated in a description about the DVD I wouldn’t have bought it. If there was a rating lower than 1 I’d rate it at that!!!

DVD wouldn’t work
The dvd won’t work in my blue ray or other dvd player it says it’d the wrong format. so I have to repurchase the dvd. Other than that it arrived in a timely fashion and was in good condition.Id didn’t work in my players thats the only reason for the low rating…..

L’ho regalato alla mia ragazza in quanto è stato uno dei primi cartoni Disney che ha visto da bambina ed è di sicuro fra i suoi preferiti.L’ho cercato ovunque e spesso mi è stato detto che la Disney non aveva ancora comunicato la data di uscita della versione BD in Italia, ed è un vero peccato soprattutto perchè è meraviglioso vedere quanto siano cambiati i disegni nel corso degli anni…e pensare che si tratta di un cartone del 1959 quando l’animazione grafica tramite computer era fantascienza.Come sempre GRAZIE AMAZON!!!
