Herbal variety in a fully stuffed bagâ¦
I was not thrilled with my first try of this: Sleep Tea for Bedtime, Sleep Aid Natural Herbal Organic Wellness Tea butâ¦I do love:*The terrific variety of herbs (11!!)*The beauty of the dried flowers*The refreshing scent just in the bag (oddly like mint but thereâs zero mint and zero minty flavor-go figure)*Itâs a delicate yellow color, post steeping*I think it gave me the best nightâs sleep Iâve had in agesWhat put me off:*Though there were loads of pretty dried flowers there seemed to be an awful lot of straw like stuff in there (it just felt dubious to me, like filler (aka rip off)*The first time I steeped a generous amount-people, let me be your cautionary tale: donât do that! More on this in a moment.*My last complaint is what the heck is 300ml? I canât stand whipping my brain out when Iâm tired, nor googling. Please put ounces on there for a more universally friendly experience.ðSo, hereâs my short story: I steeped too much the first time approx 3tbsps for 34 oz of water. Seriously folks, I gagged it down for the benefits. It was so bitter, like there was 50% lavender (and thereâs maybe 2% visible lavender). But it sure smelled great. And even using honey didnât break the bitter down.So, the next time I went to two scant tablespoons with the recommended amount of steeping and voila! A nice, very mild helpful tea! Both nights I slept a better quality of sleep (and thatâs with my having the worst cold Iâve had in a couple of years!).@ itâs current cost of $14.99 fir two ounces itâs a reasonable cost, lovely tea.Yes, I am a weirdo about tea. Hopefully some other tea weirdo (lover) will find this review helpful. (:

Its scent is a pleasure

A herbal tea making me clam
It is a full bag(2 oz) of organic herbal tea including lemon balm, inden leaf & flowers, lavender flower, schamomile flowers, California poppy and etc. I think it is a very nice night tea. I never drink black tea or green tea because of caffeine. Usually my family and I have some fruit/yogurt after having dinner together, now I can add this herbal tea into my daily routine as a new option. The tea has unique scent and I can fell it makes me clam down, however I don’t feel it is helpful for my insomnia.

Must Try Herbal Blend – Vibrant & Complex Flavor!
This blend of herbal ingredients in this sleep-oriented Tea is an excellent choice for a drink that is equal parts calming and delicious. While this tea is herbal and therefore doesnât contain any true tea, the ingredients deliver a soothing blend that I have enjoyed at all times of the day.Combing through the ingredients, the list seems to mostly make sense. The presences of chamomile, verbena, lemon balm and lavender all come as little surprise given their popularity in these types of blends. The inclusion of âoat tops and strawâ as well as âhops flowersâ come as a surprise however. They add a new take to a blend that would otherwise be somewhat common. The only downside to these two ingredients is they are contamination risks for people with Celiacs disease. Those ingredients donât inherently contain gluten but the harvesting is a high cross contamination risk. So thatâs a bummer for my wife who wanted to try this tea but doesnât dare take the risk. For everyone else, this is of course a non-issue.This arrived coincidentally just before I got a nasty case of the flu. This gave me the opportunity to try this both while healthy as well as under-the-weather. Prior to the flu I thought the flavor profile of this tea was excellent. It had a familiarity to other chamomile teas but with the addition of something extra from the hop flowers. Itâs a must try. While sick, I lost all sense of taste, however, this tea was a great addition to warm my bones and try to relax my way through a pretty intense strain.I noticed that Leckar has a pretty robust selection of teas on Amazon https://amzn.to/4aTgmU4 Without question I would purchase this tea blend again for myself. However, to allow my wife (w/Celiacs) the opportunity to try one, I would hunt through some of their other offerings to find one without any concerns of gluten content.Excellent find! Must try!

Good Flavor, Good Aroma
This Leckar Sleep Aid Natural Herbal Organic Wellness Tea for Bedtime is pretty good.It does have a nice flavor and steeps well. I do like that the majority of the tea pieces are larger chunks of “stuff”, which usually means a higher quality over the brands that have a lot of tiny particles of leftovers.I did find that it really didn’t help me get to sleep much better, but it was quite calming for an end of day tea to help me wind down a bit. It just didn’t do a lot for getting me off to sleep.It’s a good tea with a good flavor. Just looking for something wit ha bit more “sleep inducing” quality for someone like me who struggles to actually fall asleep.
