Sleep patches
I saw these on line and just had to have them. You just peel off the backing and stick them on your body. I usually alternate from side to side. Each disc contains 4 bubbles with lavender oil, saffron oil and 2 more. You just place the disc, say on your wrist and when it’s in place just press each bubble til you feel them pop. Next morning after being well rested, just take them off. You will be amazed!

Contained aromatherapy option
Iâm always looking for different ways to create a calming atmosphere, especially for sleep. I was actually pretty impressed with the scent output of these stickers. I expected to have to pop a bead every few hours but really one bead lasted me the whole night and then some. I wish the sticky part of the sticker lasted a little longer though, I find that it loses its stickiness after the second night – but I also usually like to place this at my shirt collar. Iâll have to try using is near my pillow instead, or maybe on an eye mask.The scent can be pretty strong and Iâve found on a few occasions Iâve rested my face/mouth too close to the sticker and kind of felt somewhat âburntâ in my nasal passages for a short time after. Thatâs something that could happen with any strong essential oil though, just something to be aware of.I like that this gives you the benefit of the aroma without disturbing your neighbor or filling the whole room. Itâs a personal experience and would be great for travel.The beads are really kind of fun to pop as well. I havenât noticed any leakages through the sticker so I would be confident to use this on fabrics.Considering you can get up to four uses from one sticker, this is a stellar price 120 uses. The scent does stick around to the next night so some people might not even need to pop the bead every night to still smell something.

After reading other reviews, it may be that my package of essential oil beads from Teawoo were just old and dried out. Even after opening several “pods,” I was not able to find a strong enough scent to find these useful.
