Know why sleep is so important
I thought “Sleep- A User’s Guide” was very informative. I enjoyed learning about how consistency in sleep can help your health. I did find some of the medical information hard to comprehend, but overall, I thought this was a very good book and have recommended it to someone who has insomnia.I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Top Book for People with Sleep Problems
This book is a “must-have” for any person’s private and professional medical reference library concerning this topic. The author provides a very informative introduction to the science and treatment of sleep medicine that answers many of the questions, both patients with sleep issues and medical practitioners who are not sleep specialists. Amazingly, the breadth and scope of information related to sleep medicine have been condensed into bite-size, easy-to-understand chapters that build upon the previous chapters. You can tell that the author deeply understands his specialty and has a long history of teaching others by using diagrams and examples and supporting the information provided with recent/relevant scientific studies. Although I received this advance review copy for free, I am leaving this review voluntarily and, in fact, plan on adding this to my own library.
