Dry skin, blue under eye bags – this Skinfood Corrector worked wonders – Amazing!
This color-correcting concealer is Amazing! Like the title says, I have super dry skin that has dark blue/purple bags and indentations and bumpiness under the eyes. That’s a combination of issues that I can’t seem to fix with any other concealer I have used. I have used color correctors before, but none did anything worth noting or noticeable. This was very DIFFERENT. I have learned recently that my insanely dry skin (due to thyroid issues) needs cream-makeup products and really works well with them. So the texture of this product is creamy, smooth and also thick in a way. It covers the dark bags or circles incredibly well. Somehow it doesn’t crease, but I also don’t put it all the way up to my eye underneath – I leave a little space to face it out. I put almond oil under my eyes and on my skin prior to using this – not a lot though. But, it helps with my insane dry skin to smooth and products. That’s just me and it may not work for others. Anyway, this stuff gets rid of the bags for me and the texture if smooth and flawless. You get a ton of product as well – for such a great price. I also HIGHLY recommend [MIZON] Snail Recovery Gel Cream 45ml (1.52 fl.oz.) Pack of 2 <--this stuff has totally transformed my skin in a matter of one week. I think it's partially why my under eye area is so smooth and taking this product so well. I am hooked on Korean products now. Thank you Amazon for supplying us with worldwide treasures!

I have light, oily skin and I’m just starting to develop crease lines under my eyes. I bought this product as the reviews I read seemed like the concealer cream wouldn’t settle in the crease lines. The cream does look lighter than my light skin, but it works well for me to brighten the under eye area and cover any dark circles. I set it with the Skin Food peach sake setting powder and it stays put all day without settling in my creases. I definitely look more awake when I use it!A little of this cream goes a long way and I feel like the skin under my eyes looks better since I started using it. I have very sensitive skin and I found this product didn’t bother my skin or eyes at all. My satisfaction with this product has led me to try a bunch of other products from the brand and so far, I have loved all of them!Shipping was fast, and it comes in a nice heavy glass jar with cute packaging. The only downside is that the jar I received was manufactured in 2013, with an expiration of August 2015 (two months after purchase).

This has become my HG concealer!
I am amazed by this concealer and it has become my holy grail! I have very deep under eye circles that are hereditary and my only option is to use concealer to cover them. I have dry and sensitive skin so I have to be very careful when choosing concealers. I have tried literally 30 brands of concealer. The only brands that I found to work were Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer Stick and Physicians Formula Butter Glow Concealer. But neither of these would last for more than a couple hours without creasing. The first time I used this Skinfood concealer I knew I would not be using anything else. It has a great texture and the color is a great match for my warm skin tone. It completely covers my dark circles. It is very hydrating and I can wear it 6-8 hrs without any creasing. I don’t even need to set it with powder. I just apply with my fingertips then blend with a sponge.

It’s hard to say how I feel about this concealer, because there are an equal amount of pros and cons:Pros-1. Great coverage in terms of longevity2. Seems to hydrate skin to help with underyes looking a bit sunken in3. The tiniest bit goes a VERY long way4. Useful in hiding the appearance of dark circlesCons-1. It has the slightest fish smell, but it’s temporary and only is apparent during the application process2. The concealer is very thick and condensed which for some may be more of a pro than a con3. It’s difficult to blend despite using tapping on the finger tips and a beauty blender, but with time and patience it eventually becomes blended properly.4. Creases a bit even after using a setting powder.All in all, I think if you have better blending techniques than I do and you are looking for a heavy duty concealer…this is the way to go.

Erases my dark circles!
I have genetic dark circles under my eyes and always look tired, even when I’m not. I’ve struggled to find concealers that would cover them up without being cakey. This is the stuff! I immediately look more awake and refreshed once I apply this to my undereyes.In terms of blending, this stuff doesn’t really “blend.” I’ve found that the best method is to tap it on with my ring finger after I’ve applied some primer. I just tap until it looks mostly blended, and as it warms on my skin, it sort of sinks in and… blends itself? Finishing off with some foundation powder sets it all in place and looks natural and beautiful.It does have a tendency to sink into my fine lines sometimes, but not enough to notice. If it does, I just tap it out with my finger and then it’s fine again.This concealer does have a bit of a pink tinge to color-correct the grey/purple undereye bags, so it’s definitely just for the stated purpose – don’t try to use it to cover a zit on your forehead or anywhere else.I haven’t noticed any of the fishy smell that some other reviewers have complained about.Bonus – I feel this concealer has a moisturizing effect, too!
