Cordless and with a wireless remote control, it is easily usable anywhere, whether at home or on the go.It provides the right amount of relief for elderly users, like the gentle heat and soothing massage pressure, without being too strong. Fixed my shoulder pain
TLDR: It works amazing, but if you have a small neck, you have to do some finagling to get it in the right spot.I have a old repeatative motion injury in my left shoulder. My job is very physical, I have a new baby, and I clench my shoulders when I am stressed. My shoulder would burn and ache all day. I needed something to help besides ibuprofen.First time i used it, I didn’t like it. I thought, I’ll try it one more time and then if I still don’t like it I’ll send it back.Next day I got it to sit nicer on my shoulder/neck. It was heavenly. I used it 4 days in a row in different spots. I am pretty sure i bruised my muscles from how much I used it, so I took a break for two days. And my shoulder pain was gone for the first time in months.I think the reason I didn’t like it the first time was because my neck is narrow enough it slides into it, which is very uncomfortable after a bit.

Helps my tension headaches
This works great on my shoulders and neck. You can mess with placement a little to find your problem knot. It will hurt when you find it, but you can feel the tension being released. The heat feels nice too. I find it works best sitting back against a chair and pulling it tight. Laying down also works, but the pad is not comfortable to lay on, but when I have a headache from shoulder tension, I don’t care. I put up with it and let it work it’s magic.

HARD Plastic part that holds the base of your head HURTS!!
The massager works well. But… the BASE of your head that rests on the massager EXTREMELY HURTS THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD!! It REALLY NEEDS SOME FORM OF “CUSHIONING” to make sure the base of your head is very comfortable. IF they add this it would definitely be a 5star across the board!! When you pull on the straps, to get a “Deeper Massage” you AGGRAVATE THE BASE OF YOUR HEAD WITH PRESSURE THAT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL, and you have to STOP!! The bad thing is, they did add a lil’ cushion, BUT…..missed the MARK COMPLETELY BY ALMOST AN INCH!! Why don’t ANYBODY TRY THIS BEFORE PUTTING IT INTO DISTRIBUTION?? They would have known, they did NOT CUSHION THE BASE OF THE HEAD, it feels like CONCRETE THE PLASTIC IS SO HARD!! Sorry, 1ð I marked the spot with my tool in the picture, that’s where needs to be added cushioning.

Wonderful device!
I have tried a couple of other neck massages. This is definitely my favorite!! The heating element truly delivers. It is portable. And has a strap, which for me, is a real selling point. I can very comfortably do other things, while getting my massage. You can also adjust this device to target your upper and lower back. Iâve only had it a day, but if it lasts, this will be a true bargain! Iâm very pleased with this purchase!

Not the best, but ok
I have a full back massager I bought off Amazon that I love, but it doesnât hit the neck well enough. So I got this. I like that itâs strong pressure, but itâs really only on the neck/jaw area and stays in 1 spot. I thought it would move up and down a little more and I thought it would massage more on the top area of the shoulders, which it really does not. I wonât return it because of the decent pressure, but I would not buy again if I knew how it was. Just not very versatile. I thought I could maybe use it on other body parts but itâs not pliable or multi useful. Really disappointing. But. It works.

Great for my neck!
I bought this massager for my neck because I work long hours sitting at a computer. So far, it functions great and is comfortable to wear. It is also light weight, so it doesn’t weigh me down. The heat is a nice touch especially during this winter. Overall, this massager has been awesome at helping me out!
