Very nice
I have been dealing with neck pain for about 6 months. I could tell it was something to do with muscle. This little gem is working it out, been using it two days now and I can feel the muscle getting looser!! Feels so nice, very well made. Price is right!!

Iâve been having a lot of back pain and occasional neck/shoulder pain. This helps alleviate my pain and gets some of the knots out for me. Itâs nice relaxing at home and getting a massage while I watch my shows. Of course nothing compares to a real massage from a professional, but for the price, this device does work well. Only thing that I dislike about this product is the heat level is very poor as mentioned in other reviews but I wasnât that worried about that. If it did get a little hotter though it would make this product better.I do find myself using it maybe once or twice every week or so. Some times I forget I have it and then Iâm happy that I do when I just need a little extra relief after work. I would probably purchase another one whenever this one bites the dust, however Iâd probably invest in the cordless one as the cord can get in the way from time to time. Finding somewhere to keep it is another minor challenge as the product is quite large / bulky.One last thing Iâll say is, you do need to hold it tightly by the straps to get a decent amount of pressure depending on how deep you want the massage. I find that it doesnât work as well in other areas of the body than it does on the neck/shoulder area, but it still does a decent job on the lower back. Not really a fan of how it feels on the legs/feet. But the thing I enjoy most about this product is the luxury of getting a massage whenever I want, in the comfortability of my home for as long as my heart desires.

This neck massager is so good, beats all the previous one I used and even better with neck massages than the chair ones because you can adjust how hard and location plus heating very easily! I can’t believe how comfortable this would be when I purchase it, inky had mild expextation to use it when I’m tired and sore but now I’m using it almost daily whenever I’m bored. It’s not so easy to do the back because when you sit back the added weight will impede performance of the massager function, I wish they add velcros to to the massager so I can use it on the lower back when layer down. Still, this is the top best massager I have used, you gotta try it out!

Doesn’t stay in place
Purchased this item for my wife but ultimately am returning it. Tested this out as soon as it was received. The concept is good but the rotating spheres causes the massager to not stay in place and crawl up her back. If you use the hand openings to pull it down and attempt to keep it in place the massage action is too hard and hurts.

Love the neck massager! I brought it to work and everyone enjoyed it cause we all have to sit in a chair and work all day! The heat is nice, the massager is quiet, the balls are effective and you can move it to anywhere you want. Itâs a bit bigger than I thought but hey, works great! Good purchase. I recommend it for people who spend too much time on desks

Noticed that the box was opened prior so I must have recieved a used product. Tried using it but it reeked of ammonia/cat piss smell. Disgusting.
