Best neck massager Iâve ever purchased.
This really gets you knots out good! Itâs way stronger than I thought it was going to be, which is amazing! I put it on the lowest setting and it gets all the knots and tension out of my shoulders

Not the best but half the cost
I have a few different massage devices. I have paid $40 for one and $200 for the most expensive. This one here cost only $23 and it’s way less powerful than the others and a bit cheaper made. This is my first day using it. It’s seems to work fine but I can easily stop the massager with my hand. It won’t do the deepest massage. So, it’s not the best compared to others but it’s definitely one of the least costly ones. Also when pulling it around my neck to use, the heat button self activates. Something with the wiring inside that is not very stable. I’m not sure if I did take more stars off for that or just one.For the price is not horribly and good for what it is.

Missing AC adapter
Unfortunately I was two weeks too late to return this item. I had not taken it out of the box to try it until last night. The bottom of the box was open, there were no instructions, and no AC adapter. I bought this to use in my home, not in my car. I was able to borrow an AC adapter so I could at least try it out, and was sorely disappointed. The rotating balls are so huge, they feel like giant boulders on your shoulders, instead of a smooth massaging motion that gets in the bumps and crevices. The heater portion barely got warm, and was useless. I had tried a different brand of massager and was so pleased. I thought that’s what I was getting. This is a total waste of money.
