On the fence
I canât tell if this is really doing anything, but once you get past the initial slight discomfort and get settled, it does feel rather relaxing. I donât have anything in particular to treat except for general aches and pains after a long day at work, but it seems to provide some relief with that, or maybe just redirects my attention elsewhere. Either way, I enjoy it.

Has become part of my routine
I wanted to get one of these mats a long time ago when they started appearing on social media. I just never got one, because at the time, the ones being advertised were pretty expensive. So when I saw this available, I was super excited to try it. Plus the price of this set is really affordable!I think this set is well made and worth the price. The discs are placed evenly on the mat and pillow and they seem sturdy and secure. No problems with the fabric used, and I feel the cushion inside is plenty for me. I use it on the floor. I find the size to be plenty big to cover from my lower back to my neck and head with the pillow. I have a hard time just “doing nothing,” so this has helped me to relax for 10-15 minutes at a time. I do find it very relaxing and feel it definitely helps with stress as I often feel myself wanting to fall asleep while using it! Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Goof for quick but short relief
If you’re looking for some stress relief for your body this works well enough. It’s not a long term thing but works fine for temporary relief, like if you’re sitting at your desk all day. Be sure to lay down carefully so all the little spikes will apply equal pressure across your back. Pillow works similarly. Packs up easily.

Thought it was a gimmick but was surprised at it’s effectiveness
It really surprised me! While it’s essentially a thin foam mat with sharp plastic disks, the sensation is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Laying on it initially sends goosebumps and tingles all over, followed by an incredible sense of peacefulness. Stress and minor aches just melt away.Keep in mind, the effect fades after a few minutes. It’s not meant for long-term use or sleeping. Think of it as a quick shot of relaxation.My only complaints are about the materials. They feel cheap, easily picking up pet hair like crazy (I need to lint roll it every time!). Using it on top of a thin yoga mat might improve its performance and longevity. Definitely avoid placing it directly on a soft surface like a bed; the firmness is crucial for this to work.

Nice acupuncture mat
This acupuncture not has a bunch of sharp spikes that dig into your skin tissue and helps provide some stimulus that may help with pain. It does hurt a bit but the relief it brings may be worth it. Although it’s sharp it doesn’t not break the skin as long as you use it properly. It may hurt a lot if you don’t use a shirt to separate your skin and the spikes. With a shirt in between though, it’s still allows a good amount of stimulus and does help a bit with providing some relief.

Doesn’t do anything for me
I was looking forward to trying this after someone mentioned these things being helpful for her migraines, but unfortunately I didn’t find it helpful for mine at all. The quality seems fine and it’s nice that the pillow isn’t attached so you can move it or not use it at all. It’s also helpful that it comes with a bag to store it and carry it in. It’s just that it does nothing for me. Everyone’s different, though, so it could be worth trying for other people.

Pointy but Pleasant
This is a great, stimulating combo! The pillow is addictive, and makes my neck and head feel amazingly relieved.The pad is good for laying on for short periods.The points on this are surprisingly… Pointy. It can be painful/unpleasant if weight isn’t distributed properly (like stepping on it with just one foot.)I absolutely love the pillow. It’s not something I use often but it’s very relieving when I do! Worth it!

Sharp but helpful
I’ve been wanting an acupressure mat and am so glad I got this. The acupressure points are a little sharp and pinches for a second as you’re laying down and getting up but it’s not too big of a deal. I don’t find the pillow to be very helpful because it’s not large enough to lay my head and neck on, but I did use it to support my neck. The mat was really helpful in making me relax. I love that the pillow and mat roll up and fit in a travel bag for easy storage as well.
