Works very well
This soap works wonders on itchy skin. It immediately calms the itch and cleans the face. Your skin feels normal again. Of course itâs not a cure just a relief. You can use it everyday and feel like yourself again.

I am extremely impressed with how my skin feels after using this cleaner. My rough spot is rejuvenated and then with moisturizer I feel like my skin is normal. I would have used this face wash before seborrheic dermatitis. It is that good!

I developed seb derm on my cheeks, in and around my ears and on my scalp about two years ago. I have used so many products, both over-the-counter and prescription. I was using a different cream from Amazon which contained Hydro Cortizone and that worked really well for several months but stopped working for me. I started using this product during a really bad flare about one month ago. It was not an overnight miracle on my cheeks but after about a week I started noticing that the spots were becoming smoother and lighter and it has been a lot easier to manage. I can still see a faint pink area on my cheeks but it is so much more manageable and I am so grateful for that. I have yet to use it around my ears or my scalp but I may just try that next to see if I have any success. I will update this review at some point because unfortunately I do find that sometimes a product will work for a while and then it seems to stop for me. But right now this has been fantastic and has made a very noticeable difference on my face. The price point is fantastic for an 8 ounce bottle. A little goes a long way.

This helped clean my skin without irritating my eczema. I understand thereâs no added fragrance- but this smells a little funky. I imagine itâs just how the ingredients make it smell, and overall I donât mind because it cleans and helps soothe the sensitive skin on my face.

Does Not Work (No Pyrithione Zinc)
It advertises itself as a face wash for seborrheic dermatitis; however, it doesn’t actually have any ingredients that really help with the condition. After a few weeks of using this product, my seborrheic dermatitis returned, prompting me to give the ingredient list a more thorough read. NO PYRITHIONE ZINC (or similar anti-fungal agent). That explains why this product is ineffective and why my skin has worsened after using it. Those who just want a face wash should be fine using this, but those with seborrheic dermatitis should steer clear.
