I have long thick and coarse natural African American hair. My hair length is to my bra strap.Pro: This blow dryer is a great convenience for those with long and thick hair. The handle doesn’t hurt my hands, and I don’t get to wore out while using it. Blows out a good amount of heat as well.Con: I would suggest using it to dry small sections (especially if you have my type of hair), as the brush doesn’t do so well with drying the roots of the hair close to the scalp in bigger sections. I had to let the brush sit close to my scalp for a few seconds to get rid of the puffy roots. However my roots picked up shortly afterwards.The brush collects hair product and it will be brushed right back into your hair. Unfortunately the brush is not detachable. You have to take some time to sit and clean the bristles of the brush to remove built up product. I suggest using sanitizing wipes, as you can use the cloth to really grip the bristles, and it doesn’t have too much moisture on the blow-dryer. You can also use q-tips with rubbing alcohol.Conclusion: Overall I am okay with it. Getting used to using it and figuring out what works for me. I would recommend the dryer if you don’t care about your roots puffing up and for the convenience of not worrying about a detachable comb dropping off the blow dryer while doing your hair. Also, it blows out a good amount of heat. I think it is kind of fun to use.ð

I absolutely love this brush! It gets my hair straight in little to no time. I only need 1 pass with the flat iron after using it. Will definitely help minimize the amount of heat. Clean after use to prevent buildup over time. A little loud but it is a blow dryer.
