Wonderful & Natural Foundation
Revlon Illuminance foundation provides a wonderful base for natural looking skin. I’m wearing the shade 209 Buff Beige, and it’s a light to medium neutral shade without any orange tones. The foundation is fragrance free, and it’s very smooth and gentle on the skin, blends easily, and lasts without creasing. This product also contains hyaluronic acic, which is hydrating and helps to create smooth skin. To create makeup that lasts all day, I first apply SPF moisturizer, then primer, foundation, and translucent loose powder. Revlon Illuminance foundation is an excellent product for creating flawless natural looking makeup, and is a reliable addition to my cosmetic bag.

Nice foundation, especially for older skin.
This makeup gives light coverage, feels very creamy/moisturizing on skin, blends well and I can barely tell I’m wearing foundation. I was able to very accurately color-match just viewing the online pics. No change in color during the day and I really like the subtle ‘glow’ it gives – so many foundations are just too heavy, and give an artificial ‘matte’ appearance to skin (especially older skin!) My skin is far from perfect, with tone variations, wrinkles, sun-damage and mild scarring so it’s been challenging to find a good foundation – and I was so tired of foundations that covered everything but felt like a mud pack on my face! No more! Illuminance Skin-Caring Liquid Foundation is a winner as far as I’m concerned.

Light to Medium Coverage – Dewy/Glowy looking skin
It is a great daily foundation for a lighter look/feel but probably not the best for going out or doing anything where you will get sweaty. I will say, I hate how it feels when it’s wet and I first put it on, kind of feels like sticky sunscreen, but it does dry quickly and then it feels fine! So, if you have sensory issues be warned, it might be not super enjoyable to apply for like the 30 seconds it takes to blend but I do think it is worth it. Good price and it looks super natural and glowy.

Beautiful, but maybe not for oily skin
I absolutely love the way this foundation goes on. It is the prettiest and most skin-like formula in my collection. It has a healthy dewiness and evens out my discoloration – my skin, but better. This is my favorite foundation for running errands or taking a good selfie. I thought it would replace my beloved Loreal True Match hyaluronic acid foundationâ¦until I looked in the mirror a few hours after application. My natural oils take this foundation from dewy to greasy. Itâs still a beautiful foundation and I would definitely recommend it for dry-normal skin. I have to mix 317 and 405 to match my tone (for reference, I wear 4-5 medium in the Loreal foundation), but thankfully itâs a 1:1 ratio, so the mix is easy to replicate.

Was not the color for me but I gave it to my granddaughter and she loved it. Smooth application and full coverage

Good buy
I don’t usually review until I’ve used product for @6 weeks. But I’ll give initial impression now. First:. Amazon has the best price by far. Even though Revlon provided colors and references for cool-neutral-warm tones, it was difficult for me to choose a color. I’m definitely a “cool”. But options are seriously scarce. I chose way wrong. So I tried again with a lighter, “neutral” color. Light Beige is perfect for my fair skin. After I apply my essence and moisturizer, I use 1 pump and dot it over my face. Consistency is a bit thinner than I’m used to in a foundation; more like a serum. I’ve used a brush, sponge and my fingers. For me, brush applied this best. A light layer dries down better and leaves no streaks. It’s a light-medium coverage. I need just a little more on my cheeks where my texture and sun damage show (I’m 73-y/o with very dry skin). Blends beautifully. I let it set for 1 minute before continuing with blush and powder. Since I do use a finishing powder, it really lasts well. Initial impression is good. Love the squalene and hyaluronic acid ingredients. Skin needs all the help it can get. My skin didn’t get that dry, tight feeling in the afternoon that I normally get with my other foundation. That surprised me. I’ll let you know after a couple of months if I still love it. BTW… Gave the darker shade to a friend.Update 5 months: lasts 6 hrs with a little touch-up needed on my cheeks where I have age/sun spots. I don’t do strenuous exercise or hang outside in humid or hot weather. I’m pretty sure those conditions would warrant some help from my powder compact. Mostly what I notice is that there’s no dry feeling. I do use facial mists a few times thru the day. Again… 73-y/o dry skin. But that’s just my routine. I’m officially saying this is great foundation.1 yr:. Love this serum foundation. You have to give it time to dry down; just as you would a serum. If you don’t wait, you’ll hate it. My skin isn’t dry feeling with this. Lasts all day with a little retouch. My skin looks a little blotchy after a few hours when I use powder with this. I’ve let up on the powder. Remember my old age… and think of this as skincare foundation.

I’m extremely satisfied with this foundation. I have decent skin, with just 2 or 3 acne spots, and this foundation covers them perfectly. I previously used a Maybelline foundation that caused breakouts, but this one didnât. It arrived quickly and in great condition. I definitely recommend it 🙂

I bought this for my mom, who has extremely dry skin. I’ve used it a few times myself and it’s like a drink of water for the skin – super hydrating. It provides light to medium coverage and is fantastic for daily use. It lasted for 4 hours without the need for setting powder or spray. So, if you have dry skin, I’d say it’s definitely worth a shot.
