Useful and a good value
This does a much better job icing my wrist than the ice packs that are just a rectangle with straps. The inside material is soft and the straps let you get a good fit. The plastic around the thumb hole is a little hard, but these are a great value

These definitely work
They are ice cold, almost too cold on the one side. On the other velvet side, it’s perfect for about 15 minutes (and I mean perfect), but meanwhile the vinyl side is sweating and dripping. So they do what they say they do … But beware of the sharp thumb holes… But this all being said…they work.

Great ice packs!
I purchased these for a wrist surgery. They have been invaluable when I have needed them since, especially after physical therapy. So much better than attempting to wrap your wrist with a floppy ice pack. Just be careful and use the fabric side first until it warms up a bit then flip sides to get a really great chill.

Nice icing, a little hard to wrap at first
Nice icing and stays cold for a good while. The inside is really soft and protects your arm from freezer burn. When you first take it out from the freezer itâs kind of hard to wrap around with the velcro by yourself but then it fits good. Only drawback is that the top velcro band slips over your hand sometimes and the thin hole can slid into your skin. But overall itâs great for wrist pain!

Very glad i purchased this. My wrist was causing me grief with the swelling. Initially this attracted my attention because of the colour. Usually braces are black. I wanted something more brighter as being injured makes me sad. Got it pretty quickly and was very impressed with the straps. Not cheap whatsoever. Loved the soft texture of the inside. So popped it in the freezer to see how cold it would get. I left it in in the freezer for a couple hours. Not going to stick it in the microwave. Its not popcorn..It was nice and cold when it was taken out of the freezer. The straps made it easy to wrap, be tightened, and be moulded to the the form of your wrist. Loooved the soft texture against my skin too. Genius. The cold lasted quite awhile too so again, I am impressed. Thereâs instructions on the wrist if you need. Worth the money.

Bien, facile à poser et à maintenir en place autour de la main et du poignet.Les bandes de maintien auraient pu être plus longues pour pouvoir placer les pochettes de glace à un autre endroit, (par ex genoux mollets …)

Cette attelle est très pratique dans le sens où une fois quâon lâattache, on peut se mouvoir avec et ne pas rester donc en position statique. Elle est facile dâutilisation. On met la poche de glace au congèl quelques heures et après , cela tient longtemps en froid. Par ailleurs lâattelle est réglable avec les scratchs. La seule chose câest que pour un petit bras poignet , elle est presque un peu trop grosse.
