Relaxing and powerful and GREAT customer service!
Updated 7/8/2024:Had a wonderful experience with their customer service and wanted to share. During my last apartment move in June, the remote somehow got misplaced and since bending over to manually touch the buttons has been difficult due to injury, I thought I’d email and ask if they could send a replacement remote for the unit I purchased. And they did not only that but went well above and beyond and replaced my whole unit, not just the remote! Astounded by how much they aim to please their customers. We also have purchased another massager from them (enclosed foot massager) and love that one as well, and with this kind of customer service, we’ll be sure to keep this company and its products on our radar if we need other products. We’ve also let many of our house guests try out our massagers and they’ve all loved them, fighting over who gets to sit on the couch in the massager next. So if you’re looking for a solid line of massagers especially for (big) feet, this is a winner!———-We put this up on our recliner and use it while reading or watching tv, angled up. The knead settings can be a bit too much for my sensitive feet but I like to increase the air pressure. Sometimes even that pressure can be too much and can pinch. The heat isn’t very noticeable for quite a while unless you’re running back to back sessions. My partner also finds ways to squeeze his thighs in for a hamstring massage. It’s awkward to do arms though, so we only do feet, calves and maybe hamstrings. Taking a star off because we wanted more heat function but it’s not as strong as it could be. It’s also a bit pricey. But overall a decent massager.

Great foot massage
It works great! I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. Our kids use it more than him, all day everyday. But we all love it. It works great. I love the changes in air intensity as well as heat and massage intensities. It makes it nice when you want a light massage vs a deep massage. My only con is that sometimes it randomly turns itself on when it’s left plugged in. Other than that it is amazing.

The BEST foot and calf massager ever!!!
I love this Renpho massager, oh my goodness!I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this massager. Initially, I hesitated to purchase it due to mixed reviews, but after using it for several days, I’m thrilled with my decision. This massager provides incredibly soothing and relaxing relief, especially for my calves, and the heat feature works perfectly. While some customers mentioned issues with the heat intensity, I haven’t experienced any such problems—it’s been highly effective.At first, I wasn’t fully impressed as I was still getting familiar with the settings. To get the best results, it’s essential to explore the different options and combinations using the remote control. Once I did, I could truly appreciate the capabilities of this Renpho massager. It effectively alleviates foot and calf pain, and its heavy, solid build speaks to its quality. This is, without a doubt, one of the best massagers I’ve ever used, and I’m genuinely impressed!

Not worth it for thin feet and ankles
I tried the renpho foot massager at a friend’s house, where the entire foot goes inside. It was so amazing! Substantially better than all other foot massagers. So I ordered this one for feet, calves and legs. I have womens size 9 feet and thin ankles and calves (it’s a challenge for ski boots). It just doesn’t feel amazing the way the foot only machine that completely envelops the entire foot does. I think if your feet and ankles take up more space it might be better.It’s a decent massager and does everything it says it will, but for me it’s not worth the space it takes up when I already have basic massagers that feel pretty similar.

This foot and calf massager is so good. Versatile, a reasonable size, nice with the heat and has all the features! I have foot pain and calf issues from a previous surgery on my tibia, with lots of scar tissue and tightness. I need regular massage to keep my leg going but I love that you can do (foot or calves) one or the other. I had previously purchased another unit that did both well but you couldn’t just massage one or the other and it became almost more painful to use as much as I needed. It also was a huge unit and my space is small so this renpho one was the best of everything! The remote is awesome to have! I really recommend!
