Solid pressure all around the calves and feet, quiet and comfortable.
Function:Allows you to massage feet and calves at the same time, independently, or 1 to the other. It works using air to pump in, very similar to how a doctor office puts the blood pressure cuff on your upper arm. It has 3 different intensity settings that allow you to dictate how much pressure you want, and the middle setting has good pressure.The foot massage does a great job getting all of the meaty parts of your foot, including the top. It does not have any pressure for the bottom of the heel however.The calf massage does a great job getting the gastrocnemius and soleus, though I didn’t feel much around my achilles. It does have pressure building up there, I just don’t think the velcro gets tight enough around my ankle to reach those muscles/tendons.I also didn’t need feel it on my anterior tibialis, though I’m sure if I rotate the positioning of the massager on my legs the pressure can be applied to it. As it is “directed” to be worn, however, the calves are the only muscle being massaged.The controller is very simple to use and the buttons are easy to find and press.Noise:Very quiet in use. Subtle noise that can easily be fallen asleep while using it. Listen to the video to hear it in action.Final thoughts:Never used a massager like this on my legs before, I use the massage gun and R8 recovery roller. This does things different than what they can do.It applies pressure to the entirety of the muscle, than than 1 specific spot. The added heat option is also very nice.The 1 thing I wish it could have was a rolling function that would start at the top of the muscle and slowly work down, rather than it always being full pressure applied.Overall nicely done and am enjoying the use.

extremely easy to use. no assembly and can be used straight out of the box. the air compression leg massagers wrap around your calves and feet. the massagers are clearly marked, L- left and R- right. the massagers have sufficient velcro on both the feet and calves to provide a snug fit for all sizes. controller is super easy to read and use. the ease of use and design eliminates the need for a lengthy instruction manual. should consult a doctor if you are a pregnant women, children or elderly; suffer from skin infections or have redness or burns on the skin; pacemaker or similiar implanted device; heart disease or malignant tumors; if you recieving medical treatment or feel discomfort; suffering from oesteoporosis; high blood pressure or abnormal blood pressure; is not to be used for medical purposes.I have used every other day and have felt improved circulation and reduced muscle aches in legs and ankles.there are two settings, sequence and massage. sequence has three settings to vary between calves and feet. massage has two settings for either calves or feet. There are four intensity levels for each setting.each setting last 15 minutes and I typically use at least two different settings at varying intensities every other day. I am having surgery in a couple of weeks and plan to use twice a day while in bed recovering.Another benefit I have realized is an improved energy level and fell more awake after each session. when researching the variety products available I chose this product because of the brand name and flexible leg massagers. I have never been disappointed with a Renpho product. In addition, the flexible fabric allows for a variety of body positions. I have used in a reclined position or (my favorite) on a recliner. Many of the other calf and foot massagers require you remain in an upright seated position.

Great relief for my achy feet and calves
I bought this product over a year ago from Amazon, hoping it would help with my achy legs. It works like a blood pressure machine with air compression, and while it eases the aches and stiffness in my feet and calves, itâs quite noisy. Itâs powerful so sometimes it gets too tight, but I hope it helps with leg’s circulation. Despite the noise, itâs held up well and provides good daily relief for tired, achy legs. This one is not heated, its lightweight but the velcro is very strong.

New experience with compressed air
The Leg Massager with Heat massages both the calves and the feet and there is a setting to choose to massage both at the same time or separately.The way the massager works is that you wrap the device around the desired muscle group and it inflates with air, applying even pressure throughout along with heating. The device would pulse between inflating and deflating in routine intervals. There are options to adjust the heat and pressure.When using the massaged, I found that when using the Combined setting, the pressure was not strong enough and that it worked best when separately massaging the calves or the feet. The heat setting worked well and there was more than enough pressure when on the Separate setting.This was my first time trying a massage device that used this technique of compressing the muscle group with air and I felt that I didnât get a deep massage from it. The heat setting was nice and it was convenient to use when reading a book, but I didnât feel amazed after finishing my massage session which was about 15-20 minutes for each muscle group.Other things to note are that the device is bulky and has a lot of tubes and wiring. It does come with a bag making it easier to store. Lastly, the device makes a constant sound when inflating which didnât bother me really, but it is there.To sum it all up, my muscles felt more relaxed after the massage session and I would recommend this device if you are not a fan of the more traditional massagers that use pegs in a circular motion and like heat settings for your muscles.
