Bought this to keep track on measurements while losing weight. Its perfect becasue you can sync it to your phone and it will track it for you. I bought the Renpho smart scale as well and they work beautifully together. It was inexpensive and easy to use. You do not have to download the free app, but it’s exciting to see the graph drop during your journey.

Iâve been losing weight and wanted to be able to track inches lost in addition to pounds lost. This tape measure is so much easier to use than trying to use an analog tape. An added side benefit is that itâs made it much easier to buy my clothes on Amazon in the right size because I always have my measurements available In the app!To use, simply pull the tape around the part youâre trying to measure and insert the end back into the body of the device. Press a button to auto-tighten the tape around that body part, then click to measure. The measurement will auto-populate the body part youâve selected in the app. The app will record your changes over time so you can see your progress. It also allows you to add body parts. For example, chest is pre-defined but bust is not. I was able to easily add âbustâ and now it is always there for me.This was a good value – if nothing else it has saved me time and money not having to make returns on clothes that donât fit me!

I like the accuracy of measurement this item provides. The tape fits into a space that helps to snug it to the area measuring. There is the option of adding your own particular measurements along with the pre programmed. The app is easy to use. Tightening the tape measure for measurement is a bit odd at first, but comes easier with use. I think it’s value is worth the money I spent.

This is such a great tool.
In the process of losing weight and although the scale is going down sometimes itâs hard to see progress in the mirror. Being able to measure literally any part of your body all by yourself is so nice. Itâs so easy to use and takes no time at all to get measurements. It works seamlessly with the app in conjunction with the smart scale, and tracks your history so you can literally watch the inches go down and see how far youâve come since you started. Highly recommend for those who have the same problem I do, it really helps with motivation to keep going knowing that youâre actually shrinking.
