Feels and sounds cheap but works great
I’ve had this shaver long enough to say that I can recommend it. I shave twice a day and the battery endurance is great. I’ve had electric razors that do well on the face but not the neck and visa versa but this one does well on both. It is also very light weight, which is great for travel. At first, I thought it sounded like a cheap toy that would break soon. It still sounds like that but I don’t notice it any more. I do not shave in the shower so I can’t say anything about water resistance.

Fairly sturdy, easy to clean
This electric razor is the sturdier version of my previous remington I replaced. It is fairly well built. It also washes easily and charges fairly quickly. However, it is hard to tell how low the battery is getting until it’s too late. Once the red light goes on there’s no charge left. However I would buy this again. Overall it is a good product.

Holds it’s charge for a long time. The blades don’t give a close a shave I expected from this brand. Had to go over and over the area many times.I would not buy this again.

Poor quality merchandise and customer service
The shaver did not work. When I contacted Remingtonâs customer service, they recommended I clean it between uses. I emailed back that it hasnât worked properly to have any hairs to clean out! No response from them after a week. The first response from them was after 2 emails sent. Poor quality merchandise, and poor customer service. I will update if any changes occur. This was money thrown away and I am unhappy with the company.

Not made as good as advertised
Bought this for personal use while in the shower. It’s important for me that an electric razor unfortunately has to stand up to being dropped in my shower. After using the razor for about a week, I dropped it for the first time and the head unit on the razor popped off and the very tiny metal hinge that holds the head unit to the razor body also came off.

This was a replacement for one that finally wore out, after 8 years.The quality and ease of use is the same, plus that unexpected pop of color makes it easier to find in our dark bathroom.Would definitely buy again, maybe as a gift too.

This appears to be a good shaver from a reputable shaver manufacturer. I would think that being a company with world wide sales a little bit of thought should have been given to the power plug or the method of charging. If you ship a product to Australia then include an Australian plug or a USB cable suitable for charging.
