From the GreatCase Store â¨â¨I am a great believer in preventing ailments and in using therapeutic modalities at home. So of course these reflexology socks appealed to me. I like the idea that finding the correct place for acupoint massage could be easier than what I do now, which is scrutinize several books and hope I get the right spot. It seems that the areas designated on these socks are accurate â when I googled to make sure, one website suggested other placements, but most agreed that, for example, the place to massage for the kidneys is in the middle (slightly upper middle really) of the sole of the foot, just as on these socks. The various tools are good not only for using with the socks but for other types of massage and trigger pointing. And, the socks fit my womenâs size 8 feet (I was worried). Of course the socks, being a knit fabric, have some stretch. Iâm very pleased with this set and think it is great for a beginner.

I had been interested in acupressure so I grabbed these reflexology socks from the GreatCase Store to try because they seemed very well labeled. I do wish there were some additional instructions that came with them. I went online to watch some videos on how to do this properly. The socks themselves were comfortable. The text and design were easy to read. There were a nice number of acupressure tools that came with it. I grabbed my hubby and had him work on my feet. He agreed that the socks were easy to read, and the tools worked well. I hand washed them and let them air dry. Other than needing more instructions, I think these are neat and will continue to use them.
