Not Sure What I Was Expecting, But it Wasn’t This
I guess it’s a matter of opinion, but standing on this foot massager offers no relief, nor does it seem to offer any circulation stimulation. I’ve been using it for several weeks and haven’t had any relief to the pain areas that this reflexology mat claims to help with. I may be using it wrong though because it came with no directions. I wish the manufacturer would reach out or reply with proper instructions.

I like this mat and use it every day
I like this mat and use it every day. I have another similar one, but the profile of this one feels much better conforming and mini-bumps on the top of each spike add to the acupressure effect. I am giving only 4 stars for 2 reasons:1. The plastic smell that linger for quite long time even if you try to vent the mat out outdoors before using.2. I wish the placements for soles are further apart, at least the width of the shoulders. That would make standing on it much more natural (at least for me)

This thing was really seriously painful to stand on for under a minute. I can’t imagine anyone standing on this all day.
