Great Tool
I’ve never had a acupressure mat before, so I was really excited to try this. First thing – be very careful when you turn this thing on. If you happen to be looking toward the mat, the red lights will absolutely blind you. It’s really, really bright. So, I make sure to not turn it on until I’m laying down. I’m new to red light therapy and acupressure, so I can’t vouch for all the benefits, but I can say that it works well and seems to be proper acupressure, so if you’re interested in something like this, I recommend!

Accupressure Mat
This is my first accupressure mat, so bear with my review. I’m a fan of many rehab and health conscious products, so I was excited to see what this was about. I am not new to red light therapy and I have several products that offer that benefit. I have found it beneficial but it is a well debated topic that I won’t get very far into. In terms of the accupressure mat, I understand that the point of this kind of therapy is to use the pressure to help the body respond in a positive way. My first use was very touchy, I couldn’t sit still for long periods and I don’t think I would suggest that to anyone if they feel uncomfortable. I tried smaller sessions and began to be able to tolerate it a little bit more. I did find it beneficial for myself, and I’d encourage someone to try this. With that being said, it might just not be your jam, and everyone is different.

Great device!
I love red light therapy! It’s made a world of difference when I start hurting. This device was no different. I love that it’s not only a red light device but also has the acupressure spikes. It’s super easy to use and I could definitely tell a difference in my shoulder after using it. It even comes with a soft pillow to keep your head up during the treatment. Each session is 15 minutes long, and once you plug it in and lay down you push the button and it starts. Once the 15 minute sesh is complete the lights will turn off and it will beep letting you know it’s finished. For the best results you would need to consistently use the device, but it can be used intermittently too. Overall, this is a great device.

Wanted to like it
I understand the concept of this device I wanted to like it but unfortunately, the acupressure points or spikes were really uncomfortable for me. I’ve had acupressure mats int he past but I think the spikes are really to sharp and point that it made the experience uncomfortable. The light therapy is nice and the heat is soothing. I just couldn’t;t get past the acupressure part of it. If you are tolerant to acupressure, this is a great device. It is just unfortunately not for me.

Heated red light therapy mat!
This red light therapy mat is easy to use right out of the box. Just plug it in and turn it on. It has a self timer for 15 minutes. The spikes are clear plastic looking flowers. Theyâre a little harsh when you first lay on it, but you get used to it pretty quickly and the warming feature makes it quite relaxing. I have a bad back so hoping this will help ease some of the inflammation and soreness.

Surprisingly Effective Pain Relief
I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive when I first unboxed this acupressure mat. The spikes looked pretty intense! And on my first try, it was definitely uncomfortable. But the product description mentioned the potential for pain relief, so I was determined to give it a proper go. I put on a t-shirt and experimented with different positions until I found what worked for me. After a few minutes, the initial discomfort subsided, and I started to feel a warm, tingling sensation. The combination of the acupressure points and the red light therapy seemed to be working! The heat function adds another layer of relaxation, and I actually ended up falling asleep on the mat. I’ve been using it regularly now, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my lower back pain. I highly recommend this product!

Melts away tension
I use this mat after my workout for 15 minutes, and my muscles completely relax and release all tension. If it feels uncomfortable, I recommend listening to meditation and focusing on your breathing. Once you let go of the pain, you’ll be amazed by how incredible it feels.

Effective pain relief
I really believe in red light therapy and I love the large size of this mat. I’m not really fond of the spiky plastic “accupressure” points. They are very hard and sharp so I don’t find them to be comfortable at all. I’m trying to work my way into this and hopefully over time, my back will be more desensitized. Right now I have to wear a heavier shirt so I’m not sure how much of the red light is getting through but it does seem to help with pain. I like that you just push a button and it comes on for 15 minutes. I wish the plastic accupressure points were removable or adjustable.
