Very Nice Tingling Sensation
This Growth MD Scalp Shampoo gives a really nice minty and tingling sensation on my scalp which I really love. It feels like the product is penetrating deeply as it cleans and also nourishes my hair and scalp. It also smells really good. I have never used any product with minoxidil before, so this is my first time doing so. Apart from my hair and scalp feeling really clean after using this product, I have not yet noticed anything significantly different in the texture or length of my hair. So it is still early days yet since I have started using this shampoo, therefore, I will have to see what happens over a longer period of use.

Cooling Effect!
I’m currently on BHRT (bio-identical hormone replacement therapy) and with that comes the side effects, while trying to figure out the “right” ratios for my body … this includes greasy hair and hair loss!! I figured I would give this shampoo a try and, FOR ME, I absolutely love it!! It definitely is true in the title about the Menthol and it gets more intense, if you leave it on longer! If you like that cooling effect, then this shampoo is definitely for you!! It strips my hair of the grease/oil that builds up rather quickly throughout the week, being on the BHRT. I have NOT tried the conditioner yet, but I want to, as I think that would be the full package! Being cruelty-free, sulfate free, and paraben free – those are all also added bonuses!Overall, I’m REALLY happy with this shampoo and definitely see myself ordering more, when this bottle runs out. I recommend it!

When they say cooling, they mean it
This stuff is so tingly/strong/cooling that sometimes on a cold morning I actually just can’t take it. Even being in a hot shower, I will get out of the shower and my head is so cold that I’m freezing, haha. So I really like that aspect of it, knowing how much it is stimulating my scalp, but at the same time it can be a bit much. A little goes a long way. It has a ton of slip, in fact I the first time I used it I had to double check that it was shampoo and not conditioner because of how slippery it felt. I prefer to use non sulfate shampoos, so I was happy to see that this does not have sulfates. My hair is really starting to fall out, so I’ve been trying all sorts of these growth hair products. Only time will tell if it helps with the hair loss, but I do like it so far. I have very dry hair and it hydrates fairly well.
