Great Little Tool⦠but it may go missing.
I got this for a slightly different reason than most would. A little trick I learned years ago, is to use a flat iron to keep shirt collars and sleeves nicely ironed, as a quick âtouch upâ. The variable heat settings (use lower heat) were perfect for this. I also liked the swivel cord feature. That made it simple to move at the various angles. A little disclaimer here: This is not of course what it was designed to be used for. So do so cautiously and at your own risk. As far as the actual purpose⦠I went to use it one evening and and couldnât find it. Turned out, my daughter had seen it on my bathroom counter while I was at work and â borrowed itâ to try out on her hair. She absolutely loved it. She said it was âso easy to use and made her hair perfectly straight.â And she was crazy about the look of it. Look like I will be buying her one of her own now too.

Perfect for curly hair
This is one of the best straightening irons Iâve ever had ! The handle did not become hot and the iron is quite light. It doesnât have a digital display, just a little knob with the heat settings. There is a light that is red when itâs getting hot and than turns green when itâs ready to use.I used it for one of my clients’ silk press, and it turned out beautifully. My customer received many compliments on her hair.Good quality iron for the price.I knocked off one star because the iron itself doesnât âlockâ for storage so it stays open. Not the most ideal if you travel with it. Also, wish the cord was longer.

In terms of features, itâs very similar to the flat iron I used previouslyâeasy to use and straightforward. The red heating plate is made of ceramic rather than iron with a Teflon coating, making it incredibly smooth. It heats up quickly, though the only downside is that itâs limited to a 120v input, so itâs not ideal for travel. Overall, Iâm really happy with it!

So far so good with this flat iron. The color is just fun (I got the galaxy one), and I like that it has a swivel cord. I won’t buy any hair tools without that feature. The heat settings are nice – I don’t generally go over 350°F on my hair. I’m used to a digital display for temperatures so having an adjustable wheel to change the temperature was different. I usually use my straightener to curl my hair and this didn’t perform as well for that (it’s also not advertised to do that). I’d keep using this to straighten my hair or use it for travel.

This is a very basic straightener with a neat look. The art design is a space design, which is fun. The controls are a mechanical switch to turn it on and then a wheel to choose the temperature. It heats up quickly and the pads are smooth. The cord is long enough for easy use. It does what it’s supposed to do without any bells and whistles. The price is average for what you get.

Fun Design
This is easy to use, it heat ups well and fast. It has an on and off button as well as a temperature dial ranges from 250F to 450F. It worked well to straighten my hair as well as to do soft curls. I am impressed especially for a $30 tool, It has a fun and pretty design on the iron, recommended.
