Game Changer for Foot & Facial Massage
I first tried this at a myofascial class at a wellness resort, and WOWâtotal game changer. The half-ball side provides great stability while allowing for a deep, grounding foot release. It really helps dig into the foot in a way that other rollers donât.The small black ball is an unexpected bonus! Itâs amazing for facial massage, helping with toning and relaxation, and also works wonders on tight knots elsewhere. I loved it so much that I gifted one to my best friend, and she said it awakened her eyes when she stepped on it lol. Physical Therapy Review: A phenomenal and versatile product
Hi I’m a doctor of physical therapy. I ordered this item to see how it can benefit my clients in my rehabilitation program, the Pain Free Academy.I’m amazed by the durability and build of the product. I find it to be particularly helpful for those who sit long periods, or have a standing desk and stand and sit for long periods at work.The ball can be split into 2, so rolling out the foot with the ball gives neural input to the brain and spinal cord, which can alleviate foot tension, calf tightness, sciatica, and even low back pain.You can also use the smaller ball inside for heel or hand pain.Although the concept seems simple, and you may be wondering why not just buy a lacrosse ball or tennis ball?But the ridges give extra sensory input, and you can split the ball into two which makes it that much more versatile and you can treat both limbs bilaterally at the same time.I currently am using the ball as we speak! Great quality!
I have used different brands of foot rollers, but this one has the best quality so far. It’s firm and keeps its shape when I put a lot of weight down on the ball. I like that it also comes with a much smaller ball that can be used for more concentrated areas and I also use it on hands. The smaller ball is also great quality. I may have to order another set since it’s very popular within my family!

Painful but works!
Got rid of foot pain! Works well but wow is it painful for the first week or so. The only thing I donât like is opening up the ball. The video makes it look super easy which maybe it is after a while but initially it takes a good amount of foot pressure to split open ball.

Amazing
This thing is AMAZING! I have a bit of hyper mobility and so I am in chronic pain for the most part, especially after I have intense workouts, and this ball duo has been such a blessing. I watched a YouTube video on how you can step on the half domes first to open up the feet and then use the small black ball to roll out more specific areas of the feet and it has been a game changer for me. Am I completely pain free? No, but this has significantly helped with tension in my calves, IT band, etc. I still need to use the Rumble Roller daily, etc, but I cannot, cannot, cannot go without this ball roller. I would highly recommend buying this for anyone in chronic pain or someone who has intense workouts and needs to break up the fascia.

Smaller than I thought it would be….
I am NOT affiliated with this company nor am I being compensated in any way for this review. Just want to put that out there first and foremost. I don’t usually trust the glowing 5-Star reviews and read the 1-Star reviews to decide if I am going to purchase something. I am so glad I tried this crazy little ball though.This little ball is smaller than I thought it would be and also pretty darned expensive for the size, but Oh My Gosh is it ever worth the cost!!!I don’t pretend to know how it works, but I stood on this for about 15 seconds at a time and just kept moving my feet around on the two halves and somehow it eased the ache I have had in my upper back/neck area and the subsequent headache that I have had for weeks now. The pain is not completely gone yet, but it is so much better and manageable now! Don’t kid yourself, it hurt to stand on these and some spots more so than others, but it was absolutely worth it. I’ve heard if you take care of your feet, your whole body will react, but I didn’t really believe it would be like this. I can turn my head again. How is this possible?I put them on the tile floor in my kitchen and held on to the counter and the island for balance. I would not be able to just stand on them without something to hold on to with both hands as I have a balance disorder, but because they are small, the experience wasn’t bad at all.Don’t let the cost deter your from getting this little ball. You can always send it back if you want to, but try it. I can’t believe how well it has worked for me already and I have had it less than 24 hours.

Yay ! I have always been so stiff and tense. After doing the exercises in the package with this ball, my back easily cracked when slightly bending down, felt wonderful. Definitely recommend and will keep using
