Overall a good purchase
This affirmations card set is as advertised. Most of the cards are appropriate for any use, however, there is a section of “ice breakers” which would only work in a group setting with kids who are getting to know each other. It was advertised as being for families/friends and that entire section won’t work in those environments. They appear to be well made. It is a good way to introduce kids to mindfulness, just pull out the cards that don’t work in your particular environment.Rating Systemâï¸ 1 star= Disappointed. I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality, or not as advertised.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars = Has some redeeming quality.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars = It’s passable. Might not have bothered.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars = Mostly Satisfied.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars = Entirely Satisfied. Recommend.

Nice, giftable set
I actually keep this set on my desk (I work from home) and use them at least a few times a week to help me recenter myself. I have also used them with clients who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The set comes nicely packaged and would make a great gift for anyone in you life. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend this card set!

Beautiful Cards for Individual and Group Use
I got this card deck for my kids and we have tried a few different guided meditations and mindfulness activities. The favorite so far is The Protective Sphere, in which you imagine you are surrounded by a warm, safe bubble. The cards are made from playing card material and are about 3-4 times the size of typical playing cards. Some of the activities are better for a large group or require being outside or having certain materials, but there is a nice wide variety. The pictures are really pretty–kind of reminiscent of Japanese anime–so it is nice the just look through those as well. These could probably be used with kids as young as preschool, all the way up to adults.

Truly beautiful cards . The artwork is entirely phenomenal . Touching & loving affirmations . Thick , large sized cards . I got this for our calm basket , & it’s a wonderful addition . All of my littles ones , from 4 to 8 , are able to benefit from these .

Fine Quality
The quality looked fine but they were returned unopened as I ordered two packs of meditation cards for a gift and kept one and returned this one. Side by side, the other looked more interesting and had exercises outlined on the box that made them seem more giftable.

These cards come in a good storage box to keep the cards in order when not being used.In the box you get an instruction card ,plus three different sets of cards , the first set are the 30 Mindful practice cards , the second set is 20 visualisation cards and finally 15 icebreaker cards.It took a while to sort them into the correct order, but easy to do so as the mindful cards are predominantly pink on the question side, the visualisation cards are pale green and the icebreaker cards are pale blue. All the cards are colourful and nicely illustrated .It is suggested you start by making sure the children taking part are sitting comfortably or even laying downThey then have to select a card from each category starting with mindful , transitioning onto visualisation and finally ice breakers .I did think the mindful cards would need a child to be at least 8yrs old to truly understand them, however the visual and ice breakers much easier to understand .These cards would suit a large group of children , for example a classroom or even a therapist class .The ice breaker and visual cards would be okay for a couple or a small group of children , however I feel the mindful cards would benefit from a larger class of slightly older children to really understand the questions .i am still working my way through some of the questions and I am impressed with what the game is trying to achieve and I think the cards would be good to relax and encourage children to use their minds.

I got these for an 8 year old and they are perfect. The cards are simple to understand but nicely designed and feel robust and good quality. The prompts are helpful and not too complicated or repetitive. I like the colour and design used and the storage tin is handy.
