Wow. This feels great! The heat feature is an added bonus!
Ok I love this. I use this at my workstation and when on my computer at home. It gets a little chilly at my work station in the winter so the heat function is nice and it keeps me warm while this massages my feet and legs. I have plantar fasciitis and vibration is incredibly helpful for me with PF. As a matter of fact, when I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis last year, nothing worked until I started using a vibration plate and that is the only thing that made my pain go away, and my foot pain has now fully disappeared.I also use a stand up vibration plate about 4 times a weekâ¦but I love how convenient this is! It allows me to use this while sitting and working so I can use it every day and I can now get DAILY incredible vibration benefits. The vibration goes all the way up my legs to my thighs as well, giving those areas the benefit of the vibration which is excellent for lymphatic movement and drainage.I am so happy I purchased this and it is very well made. Not too loud either. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend. ððð

Does what it states it does.
I bought this to message my lower legs to promote better blood flow. I mainly use program 2 with the variable speed and alternating foot message. Overall, the product works as advertised. The heat is noticeable, but I’ve had it off since we are into warmer weather now.Two things to note, the remote pretty much needs a line of sight to work properly. If you are new to foot messaging your first-time use is going to be akin to a torture device. I was like this is supposed to feel good?!? But by the time I got around to the second use it was not as bad as most people describe it in other reviews.It works as advertised and hasn’t had any issue.

Bought this for my elderly parents. They love it and feel it relaxes their feet and legs after a long day. It takes a little getting used to in the first few seconds but then it feels good. You have to play with the settings to find what feels best for you.

NO EFFECT Plantar Fascitis The pro’s got it wrong. What really helped me was my own ARCH support flip flops for around the house using 2 scrub pads doubled over on themselves, duct taped so as to not come undone, then more duct tape inside out so the scrub pad stay in the arch area (excactly centered); this combinged with a heel cushion made it bearable, and now I’m better. ALSO walmart sells *STARZ brand” an arch band that has like a 1/3 of a rubber ball on the bottom which also helped alod Do not get one ot fhose things that bend your toes towards your knees, its the wron way… really need to end the toes down and back towards heel helping pssh the arch lesh back into place… ARCH SUPPORT . It is A different feeling
The unit itself is pretty useful and easy to navigate. I tried it out, just to see how it worked and felt. For the most part it felt fine at first, but then Honestly It made my legs itch. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it is a different experience. . My legs and feet actually felt less tense after using this product. I think next time I will try the hest function on it.
