Works Amazing
When I get out of bed in the morning, the bottom of my left foot, especially my heel hurts so bad. I didnât want to spend a lot of money on the expensive battery operated items like this. So I thought I would try this one. What do I have to lose? Any of the three that I got works amazing I felt instantly better later at night. I just roll them under my feet while Iâm watching TV and itâs amazing how much better I feel.

I bought this for the roller and I love it! It isn’t too rough (if that’s the right word) on your feet because it’s a rubbery type of material.The spikey balls are very hard and pointy and can take some getting used to. At first they hurt my feet, but you grow accustomed to it and now I love them and they really do help with my Plantar Fasciitis. My physical therapist says that the spikey balls are the best because they get the blood flowing to the area and helps to relieve and heal. I’ve found this to be true because my foot pain is dramatically reduced after I use the spikey balls.This pack is a great deal and I highly recommend it.

Excellent Purchase
Very decent, well made product for relieving symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I particularly prefer the rolling log as it’s easier on my foot, given where my pain is localized to (heel), but I also use the bigger spike ball to relieve the tightness of muscles – though it sometimes tickles a bit! – and I’ve used the smaller ball to ease tension in my shoulder blades.This is a versatile set for various muscular issues and it comes in a very nice bag. The items are also relatively light weight, which is fabulous, as I can take them on my trips with me in the accompanying bag.Value for the money.

I only liked the roller, the ball is too slippery.The spikes are too sharp they hurt a bit. Perhaps itâs supposed to be like that but I cringe every time I use it. The quality is good but too stiff for my comfort. Wish the plastic was not as hard.
