I have foot pain after working sometimes. This helps some, but even with socks it hurts a bit. Like I said, it helps some, but it’s definitely not like getting a foot massage.

Itâs a must have !! Grab one for home and one for the locker at work. Itâs perfect to take 5 minutes and use to help you make it through the long 12 hour days .I also learned that you can put both feet in it at the same time at the outer corners .Itâs durable and helps with sore feet .
