Helped somewhat. The heel cushion for inside your shoes isn’t very helpful. I got the most relief from the slip on heel cushion and the arch support. Can’t really recommend this. I’d rather advise you to just get a good pair of shoes and do the stretches that can be found on YouTube.

Keeps sending the wrong size
I ordered a small for my tiny feet, but they shipped a size large. I asked for a corrected replacement, which just arrived today, but this time they sent a medium, which is also waaaay too big for me. Really disappointed because this set looked like it was perfect for my needs and the quality looked good too.UPDATE: I broke down and tried ordering a small again (the THIRD time). They sent me a âSmall/Mediumâ which means that not everything fit, but the pieces that do fit are super comfy. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars because sizing and getting what I ordered was a still a nightmare.

Good fit, nice selection
I like that I could try various items + combinations to find what works for my specific pain. There are 2 pairs of silicon heel guards, so I can wear on both feet (so not to throw my hips out of balance) while other pair is drying. Must clean every night or they get stinky! Also used the heel inserts. I’m US women’s 7. Ordered small + everything fit well.

UNSANITARY FOR FOOT ITEMS. Disappointed- Unsanitary Items Received – Do NOT recommend. I received this product USED, in a re-taped box half open . Just by the fact of the condition of the box, it was clear and I was completely disgusted that I received USED items that someone else probably had their disgusting foot in. This is completely unsanitary! The socks had black lint on them indicating someone else had probably worn them and was not in a bag. As to quality, they appeared to be thin and as other reviews have noted, will probably burst at the seams…..The silicone heel protector appears to be unused but one missing, so I tried it on over a sock. The fit felt okay, but there didn’t seem to be any cushioning to aid pain relief while walking. I inspected the other items, they appear to be of average quality. My BIGGEST ISSUE IS HOW DISGUSTING IT FEELS TO HAVE RECEIVED ITEMS THAT SOMEONE ELSE PROBABLY TRIED ON AND/OR USES and I got small and was to tight. I did receive a refund but will not order againb

Got this kit because I wasnât sure what I needed it
This is a great kit to have if you have problems with your feet!! My feet hurt after standing for extended periods of time. And I know I have extremely flat feet. I didnât know what device would work for me. The one that slides over your foot and has a pad that covers your arches has really helped me!!!! Something so little and easy has taken away extreme amounts of pain I was dealing with!!!! Definitely get this kit if you have feet problems!!!

Dont buy
My husband bought me this kit, I often wont buy things for myself. I am very glad he did because it made me realize relief is possible and that I could walk without the excruciating pain in my heel and arches….. but the kit itself was useless for the most part…I have extremely high arches and put a lot of weight on my heel also. I need the arch support and the heel cushion to help my issue…… The socks were totally useless, the heel gel was gross to wear… The heel wrap was ok but provided very little cushion alone. the arch support wrap was way to loose to stay so I used the heel wrap to help hold it in place. It definitely helped initially but after 2 weeks of wearing it in my shoe I noticed the arch support was flat and no longer helping and my pain in my foot was getting worse again. this product did initially allow me to walk with minimal foot pain so it gets 2 stars but it barely lasted 2 weeks. It did however make me look elsewhere for better products!
