I received these pillows shrink-wrapped flat as a pancake. But I’ve received other things this way including whole king-sized mattresses and they always puff up to normal size once you pop them out of the plastic wrap.These pillows puffed up pretty quickly. I did shake them and pound on them a little off and on for about an hour before slipping some pillow cases onto them. Their not super fluffy but not too flat. I like that their soft yet have a little support. My husband really likes his too. We both get a good sleep on these. I’m a side sleeper so it’s really comfy for me to have some “squishiness” like these have. As far as quality goes, these are nicely stitched and the fabric feels soft. The pillows are rather lightweight and I won’t know how durable these are until we’ve used them for a while.

They’re pretty standard pillows. After a month of having them I can’t tell the difference between them and my other pillows. They’re comfortable enough. But as far as them being “breathable” and “luxurious”? Not really. I’m honestly confused that some reviewers call these “luxurious”. They don’t even feel as nice as most hotel pillows, which is funny since they have “hotel collection” in the name.If you’re looking for some basic pillows to put in a guest bed or just pad out your pillows more, these are fine. If you’re looking for your favorite pillow to help you fall asleep just right, this isn’t it. I cannot stress enough, these are very standard, basic pillows.

Tiny and flat
When I put these pillows, advertised as medium firm, into standard-size pillow cases, they looked like they belonged in a dollhouse. They’re the smallest pillows I’ve ever seen, and far too soft. I’ll be returning them.
