Great For Pore Shrinking and Oil Control
I have oily and acne prone skin. I picked this serum because I got a face mask with Cica in it and I was really amazed by how small it made my pores look. I don’t use the mask everyday, so I was excited to see the serum that had the same active ingredient.The serum absorbs into the skin easily. It’s not sticky at all. It doesn’t have much of a fragrance.I was really impressed by how well it works in making my pores look smaller and controlling the oiliness of my face. Ordinarily, I would touch my face during the day and look to see how much oil was on my finger and there would be a lot. However, since I started using this serum, there’s been a big decrease in my face’s oiliness. When I swipe my finger over my cheeks I would see very little oil. When I swipe my finger on my forehead, there would still be some oil. But, it’s way less than before.

Lightweight Creamy Lotion, Soothing
I’m reviewing Physiogel Red Soothing CICA Balance Pore-Control Serum, Niacinamide Facial Exfoliant, Pore Minimizer, Korean skin care, 1.69 fl.oz.I tend to have redness on and around my nose, so thought I’d give this a try. I found it to be cooling and moisturizing. While it’s soothing, I can’t say that I’ve seen much of a reduction in the redness so far.This comes in the form of a lightweight creamy lotion that absorbed readily and quickly into my skin, leaving it feeling moisturized. There’s no discernible scent. I have normal skin that’s not particularly dry or oily. I used this directly on my skin after washing my face. At first there’s a tacky feeling/residue on my skin, but after about 10 minutes, that goes away. Or if I apply my skincare products and makeup over this area, it’s not noticeable.It comes in a 1.69 fl oz white plastic bottle with a pump top that easily dispenses the lotion (see photo). The EXP is 2027/11/03. This serum feels gentle and lightweight on my skin. It is slightly moisturizing without being greasy. Best thing is that it is unscented, so I can use this as it won’t bother my sensitive nose.

ZERO scent, and sensitive skin approved!
As someone with sensitive skin and a fairly severe perfume and chemical allergy, i am very happy with this product!There is ZERO scent! Do you know how rare that is with skincare?! Extremely rare!!My skin also has zero issue with this. It soaks it in as though it was the finest moisturizer ever made. No reactions at all!As for itâs effectiveness, i havent used it long enough to be sure. My pores seem unchanged. But, at the same time, it soaks in very well, and my skin seems extra soft and supple in the places ive used it. So i can tell itâs doing good work.I use this toward the end of my skincare routine. I tend to go from clear to cream with my serums, and this looks and feels like cream lotion. I top it all off with moisturizer.Picture included for size in reference to my hand. Skincare is always smaller in real life than it looks in the ads.I hope this helps you.

Ditch the nose peel strips with this!
I have combination skin with an oilier T-zone, particularly on my nose. This is a well-formulated serum that helps reduce excess sebum, regulate oil production, tighten pores, and provide light hydration to smooth and soothe. Like most skincare, results take time, but I noticed some benefits within a few days of daily AM/PM use.(Update: 3/19/2025: This has cleared out my forehead and cheek pores with mostly twice a day use. Nose is almost clear.)What stands out is its ability to address darkened pores more effectively than pore strips in my opinion. Itâs also gentle, though I experienced occasional tingling. With 2% niacinamide, the concentration is relatively low but still beneficial.Overall, this serum delivers great results and is a solid value, making it worth keeping in rotation if you want to tackle stubborn sebum causing the appearance of enlarged pores.

Seems to be effective
I have a couple of pores on my face that are dilated so I have been spot treating them with this pore serum from Phsyiogel to see if I can keep them cleaned out and prevent them from dilating further. So far, so good. It has not caused any irritation, and it does seem like the bits of oil and skin cells that would clog in them are much improved.

Calming and hydrating for sensitive red splotch outbreaks
I needed a calming serum after enduring an Efudex facial treatment resulting in a very red, rough, irritated, splotchy face. I was looking for a lightweight and soothing serum that also contained panthenol for healing. I found this serum that also contains some other fine ingredients. This Physiogel serum has soothed and calmed my face over the last few days, and left it hydrated and moisturized without feeling heavy or goopy. I love facial care products made in Korea and this one rates right up there.
