Norelco razor
I have been using a Norelco for many years. Very satisfied with the quality of the latest product. Well made and gives a close shave and doesnât irritate and can be used for shaving your head as I do. Itâs an aqua model so can be used with water. I also like that Norelco has transitioned to USB-C charging which makes traveling easier. No big a/c adapter to carry. Almost all products use usb-c now.

Quiet and effective on scalp
Update: It’s been about a month and it works better than ever. I was a skeptic about the “21 days” to get better, but it’s true. No irritation, no ingrown hair. Much smoother than the first few uses, but still not absolutely mirror-smooth. No need for shave powder or oil. Excellent shaver. Original post: Just received it and used it twice. This Norelco works great on my scalp stubble. It provides me with the “bald” look I sought without apparent irritation. My scalp isn’t “smooth”. Not hardly. It looks bald, but if you rub against the grain, it feels like sandpaper. That’s OK by me.I used a little powder (Anti-Monkey Butt brand). I’m surprised at how completely it trims and how quietly it works. The pop-up trimmer is useful at the intersection with my short beard and with ear hairs. I plan to use it 3x a week.

A huge improvement over my last Norelco. This one seems to run faster. I can get a closer shave in about half the time. I like the battery charge indicator.

$50+ Shaver–$1 power cord!
The shaver works fine, but at this price point I fully expect it to have a way to plug it in to charge! It only comes with a specialized plug for the shaver and a USB A plug that has no adapter to plug it in with! Come on! Talk about being cheap!

Seems very well built and very comfortable
Thus far, this has the best feel of any rotary shaver I have had to date. While it may not cut as close as a razor, it will at least cut close enough to look clean. I hope to find a rotary shaver that is affordable and cuts like a razor. For now, this is a welcomed addition seems built to last ⦠I would definitely buy this again or recommend it to anyone else â¦

I was amazed at the low noise level and efficiency of this unit.I’ve been using a straight beard trimmer on my scalp for years which took some effort. Stray hairs were only found after some search and destroy missions with pale skin and grey hair.This machine did the work very well. No hair left untouched.I was a bit worried about getting a snagged hair or two but no such event.Very good for the price. Happy old man.
