As a woman, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I have been looking endlessly for a product like this for a LONG time. Read countless reviews for both men’s and women’s shavers/trimmers, and came to the conclusion that the Philips Bodygroomer was number one on a long list, and after using it multiple times now, I can confidently tell you that it truly is the best and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! This shaver is incredible quality, and feels like it was built to last, not cheaply made like so many others. The amount of time that it stays charged is more than enough for me, and I haven’t run into any issues with it running out of power mid shave. It is so much faster to use this than to use a standard razor, which saves so much more time and makes shaving/trimming so much more efficient. It is incredibly easy to clean, and I found that the included instructions were thorough and easy to follow, especially because this was my first time ever using a product like this. I have used both the trimmer side and the shaver side, and both work great for their intended purpose. If you are new to using a product like this like I was, I recommend testing out the trimmer end first to get familiar with how it works. The shaver/trimmer glides over the skin like butter and shaves/trims without you even feeling the hair being shaved/trimmed. I actually at first thought it wasn’t working because I didn’t feel anything happening, but to my surprise it had trimmed/shaved the hair without me even feeling it! No tugging or pulling on the hair, as I’ve discovered through my research is a common complaint/issue with other shavers and trimmers on the market, especially the ones “made for women”.For me, the fact that this shaver/trimmer is designed for shaving anywhere on the body neck down, wet or dry, is a game changer, especially because as someone with a chronic illness, showering takes a lot of energy, so to be able to shave anywhere without having to go through the whole process of a shower, and without getting razor burn from using a standard razor dry, has been amazing!Ladies, if you are on the fence about buying this worried that since it’s targeted towards men it won’t work as well for you, PLEASE don’t hesitate! What I found in my research is probably no surprise, the equivalents of this type of product that are targeted/made for women, are cheaply made, poorly designed, ineffective, and have a short lifespan. They aren’t built to last, they don’t do the job they are designed for, and I read many reviews of women saying that the shavers/trimmers painfully tugged and pulled on the hair while trying to remove it. Do NOT settle for that, or think you’re stuck with putting up with it just because they are the only options on the market that are “made for women”. If you’re unsure if this product works for women just as well as for men, I am here to tell you that it DOES, and it will exceed your expectations! It does exactly what it is intended to do, imagine that! Extremely well built, not cheaply made, designed to last, doesn’t tug or pull on hair when removing it, and perfect for BOTH genders! Additionally, I have smaller hands, and despite this product being designed with men in mind, it fits comfortably and naturally in my hand, and is very easy to hold and use at any angle.Final conclusion, if you are looking for a dependable, versatile, high quality, ergonomic, well built, and effective trimmer/shaver that is built to last and does exactly what it is designed to do for BOTH men and women, look no further! You will not be disappointed! It may be a little more expensive than other similar products on the market, but you truly are paying for quality, and I can assure you that this shaver/trimmer is worth every penny! Not to mention the fact that for no additional price, you also have the option of this product coming with a replacement head and case.Buy it, I promise you won’t regret it! Good product, didn’t last long
Overall, this is a great razor/trimmer combo. The battery life lasts long enough, I trim once or twice a week and charged it maybe every other month. The beard trimmer works really well, with different lengths available to keep clean. The electric razor end does a good job at clipping longer hairs before getting a close shave. Gents, it even works pretty well for other places…The accessories are pretty decent, the only thing it doesn’t come with is a nose/ear trimmer. Nice travel case so you don’t have to worry about it turning on in your suitcase and going dead (or sounding weird). For the price, you get a good product. Compared to other products like manscaped your money goes further.I dropped a star because despite only using it a few times a week, and it being a ‘water resistant’ product mine fried the other night and started turning on by itself. I bought this product Jan ’23, so I’ve had it for a little over a year and a half. It was quite the rude awakening at 3am since it was sitting on top of the sink. Might buy another, might try a different brand. That’s still up in the air.

Even though its bit expensive but its premium and as best at what it describes, there is no match out there for the one, go for itYou might need a universal adopter for it as its a imported product

Great product and does everything as advertised, as I did a lot of research before purchasing this package deal between the different body groomers and multi groomers out there with returning two before finding this diamond in the rough!As for anyone who doesn’t notice in the pictures or description, that I feel other buyers may have not noticed either therefore knocking the foil head for pulling…this unit has two power buttons, one for each head of the trimmer so you’re not wasting battery life while trimming and visa versa with the foil shave for a close smooth shave!Unit comes in a basic brown box with a green seal from Philips unlike a lot of their other products in fancy packaging, although once opened everything is individually wrapped and sealed. I believe Philips went above and beyond here which I appreciated having the foil head wrapped in a plastic wrapped tear away cover, a cardboard insert under the comb trimmer for cleaning instructions, and a sticker over the charging port.Cannot beat the price of this package deal with the latest body groomer from Philips, a hard classy travel or storage case (although charger would have to be packed separate, as it is only made to fit the unit itself), and the extra foil head at a thirty dollar value. Sure you can buy a good trimmer with numerous attachments and do a good job after spending countless amounts of time, changing out the heads, comb lengths, and being extra careful not to knick yourself…or you have a truly all in one body groomer with this unit, that will trim any body hair to stumble or a maximum length you would want with the easy slide of your thumb up and down, flip it around in your hand and go to work with the foil head shaver powered on to get a smooth close shave without the aggravation of a razor while never having to worry about cutting or nicking yourself in half the time!Personally even as someone who may only use the unit once a month, just the time it saves, the close smooth trim, easy storage with a phenomenal battery, it is worth the money over a separate trimmer for your body and a razor having to be extra careful not to cut yourself at any point!
