I’ve bought a ton of texture powder over the years.. and this is one of the best. I really like Big Sexy texture powder.. but sometimes it’s just a bit too much. This one seems to be a little less poofing/drying.. but it still works great.

Can’t run your fingers through your hair after you put it on.
I’ve been looking for a replacement for Alterna Hemp Head Styling Mud ever since it was discontinued years ago – so I thought I’d add this to the contenders. It definitely gave my hair volume and texture, but felt sticky and untouchable after it was in my hair. I’m used to running my fingers through my hair out of habit and to sometimes restyle my hair in the middle of the day, which is impossible with this product. The only way I found to be able to do that was to add another styling cream, Kristin Esse, after the Pete & Pedros and was able to get my fingers through my hair a little easier. I won’t use this often, only on really bad hair days when nothing else works.

If he falls asleep before taking a shower, it doesn’t make his pillow oily. It simply washes right out and doesn’t have much of a scent. The slight scent is not overpowering.
