I love this, not greasy feeling, doesnât make my lips drier than before application and there is a version with sunscreen as well, because yes, lips sunburn too ! I use no sunscreen at night and sunscreen version in the daytime

I went looking for this product because I love the Palmer’s swivel stick. The lip balm is even better! (For lips, that is. The swivel stick is great for cuticles.) This completely healed my dry, chapped lips in ONE DAY. They were chapped despite every other moisturizer I applied, including pure cocoa butter (which I really thought would work.) Palmer’s is the GREATEST.Also, (and I swear this is an unsponsored review, lol) this formula is free of a lot of common irritants found in other chapsticks (like beeswax, camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate, other flavors, and lanolin.) Often lip balms not working and making your lips feel dryer is due to an adverse reaction to an ingredient, but this lip balm doesn’t have many of the common culprits, so it’s likely to work for many people and definitely worth a try!Now I just need them to bring back their SPF chapstick so I can stop buying the Sun Bum one for when I want to protect from the sun (which is okayy, but this is way better and cheaper.) I assume Palmer’s re-formulated after the scare about oxybenzone. PLEASE come out with a new SPF formula! (Hopefully still a chemical sunscreen as I’ve found the zinc ones to be really drying.) I will be watching and waiting.

This lip balm is my second choice. It works great, I just like Carmex in the tube much better. When I use Carmex, my lips stay moisturized for days, unlike this one. I have to use this one at least 2-3 times aa day for it to equal once every other day of Carmex use.

Best replacement for Neutrogena I’ve found!
After Neutrogena completely ruined their lip balm, I tried the following to find a replacement. At the end of the day, after months of testing, I find I reach for Palmers the most. Hereâs my personal assessment of the alternatives I tried:Palmerâs coco butter: glides on easy, feels creamy/soft as it goes on, even creamer than my beloved, original Neutrogena balm, does a great job of repairing chapped lips. Favorite, by far!Aquaphor: long lasting repair of chapped lips, can apply it less often during the day. Iâm not a lipstick wearer, so I use this more when Iâm out bc itâs shiney, more like a gloss, I keep one in my purse & in my car.Oâkeefes: I love their hand lotion so I tried this, but it pulls at lips when applying, doesnât glide, tied for last place.Burtâs Bees: this is just gross, itâs just plain wax. I tossed every tube, last place by far.

My favorite Lip Balm
I really hope this lip balm is a forever item from Palmerâs! Itâs better than the big round tubes in my opinion, different consistency. I go through these often because I use lip balm daily. I have one in my purse, by my bed, at my desk and next to my couch! I do have one in my car sometimes but I live in a warm climate so anytime I leave lip balm in my car itâs susceptible to melting.This balm is smooth and has a nice scent of cocoa butter. Keeps my naturally dry lips moisturized and soft. It stays on a long time too after application. It also has 15 SPF which is an added plus. I love Palmerâs. I used their lotion when I was pregnant to help with avoiding stretch marks and it worked! I only got one small stretch make that is now invisible. Thank you Palmerâs!
