It works
No results for a few nights and then it kicked in. Will now sleep 4-6 hours uninterrupted. Also, if I wake up after 4 hours and canât get back asleep, I stay up for an hour. Drink some milk, put dishes away etc. then Iâll get at least 3 more solid hours. Never groggy.

I loved them and used them regularly for a long time. The patches were fabric. They were small and came off easily in the morning. I loved how quickly they worked and kept me asleep all night. I reordered and was so disappointed. They were larger and were made of some kind of plastic The adhesive made it hurt to pull it off and I had to rub hard with makeup remover to get the adhesive off, And they did not work as fast or keep me asleep all night. I couldn’t believe the difference! I noticed ti was a different seller from the others I used successfully. I figured it was a seller problem. I ordered before I needed them, so it was over a month and I knew I couldn’t return them.I liked them so much, that I ordered from a different seller and got a large order for less money per package, Dah! They are the same horrible plastic product. DO NOT ORDER THESE! IF YOU LOVED THEM BEFORE, YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS VERSION. And the “returnable” products I tried to return, but it said that they could not be returned through Amazon, you had to contact the seller. Good luck with that. I anyone knows where to get the old kind, let me know.

Edited to add: customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have not changed my mind about the product, but I have added a star to my review due to excellent customer service, which is very valuable from my point of view.Original review: When I started using these patches 5 months ago, I liked them very much. Using the extra strength allowed me to cut them in half. There was no thickness to them, they peeled off easily, and left no adhesive or product behind. I had not noticed any odor to them. Last month, I received my shipment and the product is now different, and I do not find it as effective as before. The patch is now a thin foam pad, and, hurts my skin when I remove it, and leaves both a residue and adhesive behind. I also noticed an odor to it. Unlike another reviewer, I couldnât get the remaining adhesive off with soap and water. I tried rubbing alcohol which helped, and lotion which also helped. In the end, I had to âwearâ it off. I also believe the formula has changed as well, since I didnât find it as nearly effective as before the change. I switched to using a whole pad, but still donât believe I got the same benefits as the old style delivered. The new patch feels greasy now, in addition to feeling super sticky. The new style patch didnât come off during the night, but the old style didnât either. I dislike the changed product and have stopped autoship. I am now going to order different brands in an attempt to find one I like as well as I did this one, prior to the change in the patch. I gave 2 stars, as it is a patch and did provide some benefit for my sleep. For purposes of comparison, I would have ranked the prior patches with 5 stars.

Took a few nights, but then work like a charm
They do have a slight smell right out of the package not bad or good just an herby smell, but I am not super sensitive to that. The first night I thought these were not going to do a thing for me but by the third night I have been sleeping like I haven’t in years. Maybe it’s a mindset but it works for me. I would highly recommend as I would prefer using these than taking a pill every night which I did for years.. These do not have any kind of a morning hangover effect, and I feel great right out of bed. I’ve settled on wearing them on the inside of my arm above the wrist after trying a few different places. They are fabric and secure when on but easy to remove.

These work really well, But Gooey!!
Really love these and just re-ordered another round. They work great and are not harsh in the morning like some other options. THE ONLY thing is you will need some rubbing alcohol and a cloth to get the gooey adhesive off when you remove the patch, it’s really that sticky!!

argh… the smell
I’m disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I’m familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it’s not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn’t see anything about “all sales final”. Maybe I’m just stupid or blind, but I still don’t see it. I’m willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn’t have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn’t like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn’t open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I’ve wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn’t like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I’ll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It’s not just a waste of money, it’s been a waste of an hour so far today (and it’s not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

It is now 5 days since I started using these patches. I did not feel the difference as to whether the product is helping or not. I honestly don’t think it works for me. I suffer with severe insomnia so I would not even give it a 1.

I wanted to get away from using prescription sleeping pills that can become addictive.I had tried melatonin tablets in the past and they didn’t work for me, so I was skeptical about these patchesWell I was pleasantly surprised that they worked from the first night for me! Maybe it’s the mixture of ingredients. It has a pleasant light smell. I had to try a few different spots to put the patch but now like it comfortably high on my chest close to my arm.It helps if I wake up at night to get back to sleep, plus I don’t feel groggy in the morning like with sleeping pills on occasion.I will definitely be buying and using more of this product.

I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I’ve tried all kinds of sleep aid pills. They can be expensive. I was really hoping these patches would work better. Given the cost I’d only use them when really needed. I’ve tried Melatonin and it only worked the first 2 times, then had no effect. The patches only partially worked. Still took almost 1 hour to fall asleep. I woke up every few hours. When I got up I was really hot and had a headache. I believe I did get 8 hours but it was broken sleep.
