My appetite was getting outrageous. After eating I felt hungry again. I had a craving for sweets and I had frequent urination. I experienced higher A1C, though I am not diabetic and to keep it that way, I bought this product. It took about 30 days or more of me carefully only taking 1 each day to see great results. I experience less food cravings, less sweet cravings and my urination is back to normal. Of course I recommend daily exercise, drinking required amounts of water and eating a low fat, low or no sugar diet because every bit helps. We as people in America are battling against a corporate system that doesn’t give a da*n about or health or quality of life. Fight back with loving yourself and others. In the end Love Wins.

I take this product after having a few cocktails or after drinking sweet wine to offset the sugar in the drinks. I feel this product works very well and I would not be without it. I would highly recommend.

Like the addition of Ceylon cinnamon! Just started along with citrus bergamot to prove I donât need pharmaceuticals to bring cholesterol and blood pressure down. Need more published studies for my doctor to embrace.

Gives you MEAN hot flashes! Makes you go to the bathroom! Does nothing to suppress appetite. Non returnable, waste of money. Sorry i tried it.

Our Functional Medicine Doctor had put my husband and i on a berberine product to reduce our insulin levels. After looking around i found this product with Cinnamon in it and wanted to try it. Needless to say this is my second time ordering 4 bottles of it. Love the quality of it and its easy to swallow and helps with appetite suppressant and also maintaining lower blood sugar levels.
