Perfect products
The serving size says 1 to 2 gummies. I found 2 gummies to be a little too much for me. I started taking 1 on nights I wasnât sleepy. They put me to sleep and I feel rested in the morning without being groggy. I did find that if I wake up to let the dog out in the middle of the night I can go right back to sleep after. Without taking them it takes a while to get back to sleep. Great quality works better than others I have tried.

I love the taste of these and how fast they work! They were very efffective in helping me get to sleep and stay to sleep after dealing with long term effects of insomnia. They are strong enough but not too strong to leave you with any hangover like some of the other night time vitamins! The texture is smooth and they are so easy to eat! The ingredients such as the melatonin at 3 mg is just enough and I would definitely but these again!

I have trouble sleeping and have tried different melatonin brands in the past but none work as well as this brand. The addition of L-Theanine is what really gives it the extra strength and, I am able to fall asleep quickly AND have good quality sleep.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
