I will repurchase these until the day I die. I am sensitive to melatonin, even 1mg would make me a little groggy. These put me to sleep well, but donât make me groggy since they only have 0.5mg. Itâs so easy to pop in my mouth at night, plus they taste amazing and work amazing

Love the refill option
I experimented with a variety of melatonin gummies for my children, and I must say, this one stands out! My daughter wakes up refreshed and has not experienced any nightmares. With these gummies, she sleeps soundly through the night! Falling asleep has always been a challenge for her. I consulted our pediatrician about giving her melatonin occasionally, and she confirmed itâs fine as long as itâs not taken daily. I’ve tried a number of children’s melatonin and this one has been the best and most effective without negative effects. I, my 11 year old, and 18 year old take these only when needed and they definitely help. About 25 minutes after taking, we are typically asleep. There are a number of times where my son still struggled falling asleep, but most of the time they work. My daughter had nightmares consistently with another brand and much less frequently with these. They love the taste too which helps. I love that the ingredients are natural and after using these for years I trust the consistency. I also give my kids their immunity gummies and they rarely get sick. I’ve loved every Olly product I’ve ever used. I am definitely a fan of Olly gummies.

Olly is a name we trust. They have quality ingredients and work really well without being habit forming. They’re for occasional use and shouldn’t be used all the time, but sometimes a little help is needed to get to sleep. We’ve used the kids sleep, adults sleep, and the stress version as well. The flavor is really good and the texture is similar to a regular gummy, no grittiness. We use them about 15 minutes before bed.I read reviews that stated they arrived as one big melted mess but we have never had that happen to us. We’ve been using Olly’s for years now and not once have they been melted. Maybe we were just lucky? Great product and company, highly recommend =)

We use these for our 7 year old son when he occasionally can’t sleep. These work very well with helping to wind our son down and ultimately fall asleep. He does not feel groggy or sleepy in the morning. These have worked wonders.
