These WORK!
Iâve been using these for well over a year. I canât explain how these work but I struggle w anxiety. Sometimes I donât even know what is causing it but I take 2 of these and within about 10 minutes I realize that Iâm not worrying anymore. Honestly, itâs weird. Iâve also tried the ones with Ashwaganda and they have the same effect. I like the gummies flavor and I donât notice any side affects. I literally carry them with me at all times.

I wanted to add a supplement to help my stress levels and help my focus. These have been working tremendously for me. I have used this brand for many years. But, I have not tried this variation yet. They have been working great. They have been helping me relax and improving my sleep and focus. These are also some of the best tasting gummies on the market. These literally taste like fruit snacks. They also have a great smell to them as well. Very easy to chew, they are nice and soft. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but this can vary person to person. So please consult your family doctor first. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to help with stress and improving focus.

My daughter is very moody and can be depressed at times. I didnât want to put her on mood altering prescribed medication with bad side effects. So I decided try a more natural solution I gotta say. Itâs worth it. Every penny. She takes 2 in the morning before school. And it mellows her out. She isnât angry or moody. Taste Sour, Unsure if it works
I don’t like gummies but my doctor recommended me trying these because I’ve been under a lot of stress to the point I lost my equilibrium and forgetting a lot of things and I’m 33! They taste sour and the texture makes me gag but I choke them down. Not sure if it’s working or if it’s because my stress has gone down since my month long issues. Wish this was more helpful.

Hmmm… not for me
That’s not to say it won’t work for YOU! Going into it, I was already kind of skeptical going into it. But I was (and still am, honestly) in a very rough time mentally. I was desperate for anything to take the edge off, even a little. I use their probiotics and like them, so I thought I’d try these. They maybe worked a little at first, but that could have also been placebo. I finished the whole bottle and I still felt anxiety ridden, and depressed. I now know that I am depressed and am taking the necessary steps to getting help and getting my life “back on track”. I say all that to say that: yes, if you’re feeling a little stressed and on edge, sure, these may ease that for you. However, if you’re feeling down. Don’t find joy in doing things you normally love. Can barely get out of bed. Easily agitated and snappy. These are probably not going to do anything for you. Don’t go into these expecting a miracle. They taste fantastic. Not very sweet, more like a strawberry lemon flavor. Has more of a “gummy worm” texture than their probiotic gummy. I think they’d work for some, but not for me. And that’s okay!

El sabor es medicinal pero yo si las disfruto, no esperen un caramelo pero tampoco tan espantoso como lo pintan en las reseñas, es como las gomitas de uva pero con un sabor amargo medicinal.Me han ayudado a dormir mejor y solo tengo unos pocos dÃas tomandolas, si las recomiendo.
