These work really well. Good if you can’t take sudafeds.
Highly suggest these gummies. They are ok flavor and put me to sleep quickly as needed. I cannot take sudafeds so have historically struggled to find good sleep meds. These work wonders. I do have to be careful to take the right dosage for the amount of time I have to sleep. It makes me groggy if I take a full dose and dont sleep enough hours. But that really is expected.Highly recommend these!

Iâm kind of an uneasy sleep at times and I take two of these so that I sleep extra deep and sometimes Iâm a little groggy from taking two but they taste so darn good. Theyâre really a heavy grape flavor. Itâs kind of like a grape and a wine kind of flavor I canât really describe it but itâs really really good so when I eat them, I eat them really slow because I love the flavor and I donât want to see myself snacking on them. I donât know what the hell that would do to me, but they are super good and you donât taste medicine in them. I hate when you get gummy and then they taste like medicine, and these do not these are so good that I have to be careful. I donât start eating more of them and they do work. Iâve had melatonin before and this is actually the best brand Iâve ever had the best version of this brand because itâs really strong and one would work But when Iâm going through some stressful times I take two and they really do the trick often you take melatonin depending on the brand and you donât even know if itâs working or not but this definitely works and I doze off slowly so I can watch a movie or a show and take them and just as the show is about over I start drifting off just really peacefully Which I really like so many brands you take and you wait and you wait and you wait your Wideawake waiting to fade and you donât and these are just perfect. You fade slowly and itâs a gradual fade and drift off to sleep and itâs really nice. I even dream when Iâm sleeping and a lot of times I donât do that , so itâs worked out really well and I have fatigue issues so it does have me sleeping deep enough that I feel a difference in my energy the next day and I will probably buy no other melatonin again but this brand and this version of this brand

Being chewable they are easy to take at bedtime. They work as intended. I have not experienced side effects at all. My mind is always racing and these do in fact help me relax and fall asleep and stay asleep for around 6 hours. I usually abruptly wake up at the 6 hour mark, wish it would be 8.

My doctor recommended that I try this to help me sleep properly. I am actually shocked at how effective Olly Extra Strength has helped me. The taste of the gummy is actually pretty terrific, didn’t leave any sort of ‘after taste’ or dry mouth. For the first time in well over a decade I actually slept for over 4 hours. Iâve struggled to find effective sleep gummies, but these work well for me! They help me fall asleep without any issues. The container is high-quality, and these are a great value for the price. I donât take them every night so I can’t attest to how long they are effective with repeated/regular use.

Wow, does this work!/second usage
I was pleasantly surprised that this worked! I did not wake up at all throughout the night. Iâve used other brands and like their price, but the other brands wear off in the middle of the night. I donât know if Iâll purchase this on a regular basis, because of the cost. Iâll definitely use these!!Revision; the second and third usage didnât work like the first time. The other times, I didnât stay asleep the whole night long. While it does work better then the cheap melatonin gummies, for me it doesnât last all night.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don’t seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
