Canât believe it, but it actually worked for me!
I did My own research on the âBrazilian Monjaroâ and learned it was 3 supplements, two of which are in this product. I decided to try it. I got the 3rd item, apple cider vinegar with mother, and gave it a shot. 2 weeks later, I have lost 8 pounds. I have not exercised but I have probably cut back on what Iâve eaten – but not on purpose – I just donât crave certain foods. Iâve heard this supplement helps people with low metabolism, I believe it! And absolutely NO side effects for me.

My Favorite Berberine
I originally wanted to try this because it may help with weight loss. I have not seen any weight loss but it did help lower my cholesterol numbers and another benefit which I only found out when I stopped taking it for a month after I ran out is that it pretty much stops my hot flashes and night sweats due to perimenopause. As soon as I started taking it again they were gone within a few days.

Product has changed?
Iâve ordered this product multiple times & love it, but I just opened the bottle I recently ordered and the capsules are different. Theyâve always been bright yellow (right capsules). This bottle is brown with chunky yellow specks (left capsule). Upon inspection of the label. The cinnamon content appears to have gone from 20mg to 200mg? Are these still safe to take? The item isnât returnable or eligible for a refund, although Amazon gave me a courtesy refund. I donât want to reorder if this is going to happen again.

Safety concern
I have been using this berberine product for several months but when I ordered it this time the capsules looked totally different. The capsules used to be a yellowish color but now they are brown with some odd color flex in them. I called the company, but Iâve had no response from the company. I am concerned about the safety of taking this product, especially since there was no message indicating that they had changed the formula or that the color may be different.

Great product for lowering blood sugar !
I tried another top rated product such as this one with Royal Jelly but found that I had to keep taking more than suggested . The key to this product is the Ceylon Cinnamon and this product out of any other product on Amazon has the most potent and MGâs of the Ceylon Bark Cinnamon needed to mix with the Premium Berberine to lower Blood Sugar in type 2 diabetics who have insulin resistance . I go to the Doctor tomorrow to get A1C checked after 6 weeks of taking this product to see what the number is , my blood sugar after taking 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 after lunch are keeping my blood sugar under 200 , usually 173 and below , this is with watching my carbs and sugars with the proper vegetableâs daily keep the blood sugar down to good levels and in the mornings when checked , my blood sugar is around 120 – 130 . I do take a 3rd capsule once and a while if my blood sugar reaches 173 and the next morning it is back down to the 120âs . No side effects with taking a 3rd capsule either but the last product with Royal Jelly seemed to not agree when taking a 3rd capsule once and while . Hopefully after my Doctors appointment tomorrow my A1C will be 6.5 or less is what I am hoping it will be ! I donât and canât take prescription medications because of being allergic of them so if you want to try this product , I highly recommend it if you are insulin resistant !
