Not the best food you’ve ever eaten but this has to work
We are definitely not eating as much by following this plan. We are on day 2, so can’t say yet that we’ve lost a bunch of weight but I think it is bound to happen with how little food you get. The food is edible. Not great tasting but not bad. Before starting I had seen a youtube video that told me to make the unlimited vegetables that are free on the plan ahead of time so that you aren’t tempted to cheat when you are still hungry. That has been a great thing. Every meal we are adding veggies to help with feeling satisfied. Also some of the meals do say to add a small whole grain roll to it. So just know that you might need to buy a few things and fix a few things. I did an entire large crockpot full of veggies. It was up to the top. By the time they cooked they were about halfway full in the crockpot. Google the recipes. I made the one that calls for adding pico de gallo. It was really easy other than having to cut up some veggies. I think this is a good way to go — by having everything prepped for you there is no going back for seconds or eating snacks (other than the one a day that comes with this).

These are great. They are small in portions but full you up. I have always been successful on losing weight with this.

Disappointed in the product
We have been purchasing Nutrisystem for quite some time This last delivery is very disappointingThe variety of the meals were duplicated and tripledIf the next delivery on Wed is like this we will not be ordering from you againDisappointed Customer!

Good for a crash diet.
If you’re looking for a low calorie diet crash diet to quickly lose some weight, this might be a good option. I don’t think it’s not long term sustainable, you should really be in good health before starting this. Food was as expected… bland….you gotta drink a lot of water.

Boring Repetition
This meal mix has been changed, and not for the better. The 7-Day plan has 3 of the cheapest dinners like mashed BBQ chicken and no longer includes the pizza, ravioli or rigatoni. Who wants the same dinner 3 times in a 7 day plan?

Great for calorie control
Look, sometimes after vacation we all add an extra 5 pounds, right? This kit makes it super easy to come home and have controlled calories for a few days to drop the weight. Is the food amazing? No. Is it edible? Yes. Is it sort of tasty? Yes. I’ve lost a pound a day for the past 3 days since I started and I’m happy. If you can’t tolerate the taste of packaged, low-calorie food, then this isn’t your thing. If you will do what it takes for 7 days to lose weight, then this is your kit. You can eat all the vegetables you want on this plan, too.
