It works 100%
Itâs really amazing how this cleans your system. But you need to be consistent and strict with yourself. The taste is not bad if your use to drinking broth of any kind without flavor. Once you sink it you need to be near a bathroom with the last four or six hours, like for example if you drink it in the morning make sure by 11am or 12pm your home or a place that has restrooms. Thatâs how it works for me. You need to do it on a day your home all day to figure out the times that will make you go restroom. And you will get the hang of it. That it takes everything out of your system YES. But you need to be strict and consistent. Make sure to drink it first in the morning and before your last meal. Is twice a day. Or once a day before dinner.

This is my third purchase. I have also shared this item with my family. My family takes it in several different states for those that are in different states. I would say that this is a great purchase to buy it does the job. It’s not heavy. No hurting on your stomach like it really gets the job done

Donât listen to the negative reviews itâs always someone you canât please try this for yourself! Iâve been juicing already and eating clean for a little over a month and this is my second day trying it. The taste is kind of tangy but it doesnât bother me. Again I juice worst tasting stuff than this. The first day I didnât use the restroom I took it at night but by that morning I went. That morning I ate my breakfast as instructed while taking this an hour later after that I went again. I want to double my dosage because I want faster results. Light cramps it doesnât hurt at all. You just kind of know you have to go to the restroom. Your stool will be very soft or liquid be aware. Try it youâve tried by far more unhealthy stuff before.

This product actually works unlike most of them that say they work. It worked right away from day one all I can say is when you first start it make sure that you stay close to the bathroom that first day so you know how it’s going to work with your body.. and The Taste is not terrible I add a dash of lemon juice..

Cleanse maybe, Laxative for sure!
I use this product for 3 days. On about the second day is when it started to work. The third day I used it, I was unable to control a bowel movement. I thought I had enough time to get to the restroom but I didn’t.There was no embarrassment because I was in my truck and I have a small porta potty free number one only.As a gathered my things to go to the restroom at the truck stop, I could not hold it. I literally exploded in my porta potty. Again uncontrollable bowel movement.I would only use this product as a laxative when I am in my home and I don’t have any plans to do anything that week .The truck explosion was a warning for me when taking this product, you definitely need to be home.As far as the taste is concerned, I think it tastes like a broth so it really needs to be heated up and drank. Otherwise, it’s not that bad drinking it cold not for me. I purchased some organic lemon powder and that worked in my opinion similar to a lemon juice. 9.2.24

Giving four stars â Doesnât taste like broth⦠I make broth from scratch and this does not mimic the flavorâ¦I mean unless you use the seed and skin only w/o cleaning to make broth. Anyhoo, for me, it takes effect after like 10 hrs and I canât use it every day since Iâm not backed up. I was hoping it would help with my bloated-ness⦠kinda not really. As for the stomach painsâ- itâs the diarrhea type stomach pains notifying me that I should think about possibly heading towards the restroom.Best things in my opinion to mix it withâ Bottlehouse greens 100% cold press smoothie and lactose free milk with collagen powder

I got this product to detox before bloodwork. Also I thought if I lose a few pounds, great, but I only felt more bloated. It does what it says, it cleans you out. I did feel good in the mornings, when I woke up but after taking a dose (I only did 1Tablespoon at the MOST for the day) I felt really big in the afternoon and evening. It made me very gassy- YUCK. So I would say that if you are a person who hasnt detoxed in a long time, go for it, but if you dont really NEED it, dont do it. I wont know if it helped with blood work for a while… just know how it made me feel.
